On 31 May 2021 I bought 110 packs of Untamed cards from the Splinterlands Shop. I used 200000 DEC tokens for the purchase. The cost for each pack of cards was $1.65245. Today, the card packs can no longer be purchased directly from the Splinterlands website because they are sold out.

At the time of my purchase the estimated value of a pack of Untamed cards was $2.32. It was the difference between the estimated value and the purchase price that made me buy the 110 packs of cards.

In fact, at the time of my purchase, the expected profit was $0.66755 per pack of cards.

Today the estimated value of a pack of Untamed cards has increased and is:

• 3,214$ (according to calculations on https://peakmonsters.com/)
• 3,192$ (according to the calculations of https://www.splintercards.com/)

Based on these new values for the estimated value of a pack of cards my expected profit is even higher and rises to $1.53955 per pack of cards.

Obviously both the expected value and the expected profit are not certain values but estimated values and they will be more and more accurate as the number of packs purchased and opened increases (generally from 500 packs upwards).

Until yesterday I had opened 49 packs of cards because I ran out of available potions. I'm in no hurry to open all the unopened card packs, so I'll continue to open card packs whenever I get a sufficient number of Alchemical and Legendary potions inside the chests I receive for free from completing daily quests.

Yesterday, after checking that I had at least 20 Alchemical potions and 20 Legendary potions, I opened 4 more packs of Untamed cards.

In the following pictures you can see all the cards I found inside the 4 card packs.

I was lucky in opening these packs of cards because I found in the fourth pack Untamed Camila Sungazer whose value is $9.49

Now let's do some calculations. I opened 53 packs of Untamed cards with a total purchase cost of $87.57 (53 * $1.65245). Based on the current estimated value of a pack of Untamed cards ($3,19200) I have an expected profit of $169,176.

In order to calculate the value of the cards I have found in the opened packs of cards so far I have used the useful tool at https://monstermarket.io/analyze-openings.

The total value of the cards I have found so far is $140. For the moment I was unlucky because I did not get a real profit equal to the expected profit. But the profit I got is really good.

For the purchase of 53 packs of Untamed cards I spent a total of $87.57 but found cards with a total value of $140 and made a profit of $52.

I am very pleased with this result and look forward to finding more potions to open the other packs of cards I have yet to open.

In base a questi nuovi valori relativi al valore stimato di un pacco di carte il mio profitto atteso è ancora maggiore e sale a 1.53955$ per ogni pacco di carte.

Ovviamente sia il valore atteso che il profitto atteso non sono valori certi ma stimati e saranno valori sempre più accurati con l'aumentare del numero di pacchi acquistati e aperti (generalmente da 500 pacchi in su).

Fino a ieri avevo aperto 49 pacchi di carte perchè avevo finito le pozioni disponibili. Non ho fretta di aprire tutti i pacchi di carte rimasti chiusi e quindi continuerò ad aprire i pacchi di carte ogni volta che otterrò un numero sufficiente di pozioni Alchemiche e Leggendarie all'interno dei forzieri che riceverò in modo gratuito dal completamento delle missioni giornaliere.

Ieri, dopo aver controllato di avere almeno 20 pozioni alchemiche e 20 pozioni leggendarie, ho aperto altri 4 pacchi di carte Untamed.

Nelle immagini seguenti puoi vedere tutte le carte che ho trovato all'interno dei 4 pacchi di carte.

Sono stato fortunato nell'apertura di questi pacchi di carte perchè ho trovato nel quarto pacco Untamed Camila Sungazer il cui valore è di 9.49$

Adesso facciamo un pò di calcoli. Ho aperto 53 pacchi di carte Untamed il cui costo totale di acquisto è stato di 87.57$ (53 * 1.65245$). In base al valore stimato attuale di un pacco di carte Untamed (3.19200$) ho un profitto atteso di 169.176

Per il calcolo del valore delle carte che ho trovato nei pacchi di carte aperte fino ad ora ho utilizzato l'utile tool del sito https://monstermarket.io/analyze-openings

Il valore totale delle carte che ho trovato fino ad ora è di 140.003$ Per il momento sono stato sfortunato perchè non ho avuto un profitto reale uguale al profitto atteso. Ma il profitto che ho ottenuto è davvero ottimo.

Per l'acquisto di 53 pacchi di carte Untamed ho speso in totale 87.57$ ma ho trovato carte del valore totale di 140$ e ho realizzato un profitto di 52$.

Sono molto soddistatto di questo risultato e non vedo l'ora di trovare altre pozioni per aprire gli altri pacchi di carte che ho ancora da aprire.
