Another beautiful morning in the snow
Sunday is my favorite day of the week: my wife doesn't work and also I forbid myself to think about work and dedicate myself completely to my family. Also this morning we woke up with snow and for the happiness of my daughter (but also mine) we went to the park near our house to enjoy the direct contact with the snow.
There were more children in the park than yesterday and my daughter met and played with a little friend of hers who lives near our house.
At one point we started playing snowballs. Inside me is a child who is constantly trying to shed the adult envelope. This aspect of me is not very visible to other adults but it is perhaps visible to children. In fact, after a few minutes I was involved in a fun snowball fight and I had three kids (my daughter, her little friend, and another kid) ganging up on me, trying hard to surprise me and hit me....
The location of the battle? The children's play area.

Different from yesterday morning the snow almost didn't stop falling from the sky.

Around 1pm, my daughter and I were the only ones left in the park.
Before heading home, we decided to take a short walk under the snow and arrived at the Children's Garden.
The Children's Garden is a small area dedicated to children.

There are kid-friendly tables and seats.

And there is also a small outdoor bookstore with books that anyone can pick up and read.

Obviously it's not easy to read a book with snow mittens on, but in the summer we sometimes sit and flip through a book.

In the children's garden there are also objects that have a purely aesthetic function such as the bicycle in the following photo.

My daughter pointed out to me that the trunk of the tree next to the bookcase looked like an owl's face, and we immediately photographed it.

I had another beautiful morning in the snow, tomorrow I'll have to put on the heavy adult clothes and I'll have to go back to my work but these moments of simple cheerfulness and fun under the snow gave me the right charge to face a new and busy work week.

La domenica è il giorno della settimana che preferisco: mia moglie non lavora e anche io mi auto vieto di pensare al lavoro per dedicarmi completamente alla mia famiglia. Anche questa mattina ci siamo svegliati con la neve e per la felicità di mia figlia (ma anche mia) siamo scesi nel parco vicino casa per goderci il contatto diretto con la neve.
Nel parco c'erano più bambini rispetto a ieri e mia figlia ha incontrato e giocato con un suo amichetto che abita vicino casa nostra.
Ad un certo punto abbiamo iniziato a giocare a palle di neve. Dentro di me c'è un bambino che cerca continuamente di liberarsi dell'involucro dell'adulto. Questo aspetto di me non è molto visibile agli altri adulti ma lo è forse per i bambini. Infatti dopo qualche minuto sono stato coinvolto in una divertente battaglia di palle di neve e avevo tre bambini (mia figlia, il suo amichetto e un'altro bambino) coalizzati contro di me, che cercavano in tutti i modi di sorprendermi e colpirmi...
Il luogo della battaglia? L'area dei giochi per i bambini.
Adesso vi mostro alcune foto che ho scattato questa mattina.

Photo owned by @libertycrypto27A differenza di ieri mattina la neve non ha quasi smesso di cadere dal cielo. Ad un certo punto ci siamo riparati sotto un albero.
Ci sono dei tavolini e delle sedioline a misura di bambino.
E c'è anche una piccola libreria all'aperto con dei libri che chiunque può prendere e leggere.
Ovviamente non è facile leggere un libro con dei guanti da neve ma d'estate qualche volta ci sediamo e sfogliamo un libro.
Nel children's garden ci sono anche degli oggetti che hanno una funzione puramente estetica come la bicicletta della foto seguente.
Ci siamo seduti su una panchina e ci siamo goduti per qualche minuto lo spettacolo della neve...
Ho trascorso un'altra bellissima mattinata sotto la neve, domani dovrò indossare i pesanti panni di un adulto e dovrò tornare al mio lavoro ma questi momenti di semplice allegria e divertimento sotto la neve mi hanno dato la carica giusta per affrontare una nuova e impegnativa settimana di lavoro.
