On dCrops it is just under 24 hours since the coldest season of all began: winter.
Today and as I have been doing for quite some time now, I am sharing my gaming activity on dCrops which is almost all concentrated during the first day of each new season.
But first I want to share the gift I received today thanks to my CROP POWER: an Avatar-type NFT from Hashkings.
In fact Hashkings and dCrops are two projects that have often collaborated especially through promotions, and Hashkings has given away an NFT Avatar with the dCrops theme to all players with at least 20K CROP Power.
If on April 5, 2023, the day the snapshot occurred, you had at least 20K CROP Power you should also have received the same NFT that I received and which you can see from the Avatar section of the HK Menu at https://farm.hashkings.app/games
In the autumn season I completed the quests quite easily because I only had to use the Reroll feature twice and spent a total of 20 CROP.
As a reward I received 12 Reward Chests, today I made the Claim and opened the 12 Chests. In the following image you can see the contents of the 12 Chests I opened.
I haven't found my first NFT Gold Ore yet, but I still found a better reward than the previous one where I found only 2 NFTs.
The 4 NFTs I found today (2 Wood and 2 Copper Ore) have a total market value of 4.4 HIVE.
Even in the fall season, I continued to follow the strategy of not selling crops except for crops whose sale was necessary to complete quests.
The reason why I do not sell crops in exchange for Shares points is always the same: I want to sell most of the crops I have in my inventory during the upcoming Easter promotion that was announced some time ago by dCrops in one of his tweets (see screenshot below).
Easter is near but the promotion announced some time ago has not yet started but will most likely start later as was the case with the Christmas promotion.
In the fall season I planted 102 NFTs of seed type:
- 26 Garlic
- 21 Carrot
- 17 Pumpkin
- 4 Beetroot
- 8 Thyme
- 6 Sage
- 1 Lavender
- 2 Hops
- 1 Hot Pepper
- 12 Mystery Seeds
Even though I sold few crops in the fall season, I can still evaluate my seasonal production by comparing the value of my inventory at early fall and late fall.
At the beginning of autumn my inventory was worth 16963 Shares points.
Today, April 5, 2023, my inventory is worth 19262 Shares points.
I have increased the value of my inventory by +2299 points Shares in 15 days (previous increase: +2393 points Shares).
Calculating the estimated value of my inventory in CROP tokens, HIVE and dollars is simple because it is enough to consider the gain in CROP tokens I got from selling my crops during the fall season.
In the fall season, I earned 106 Shares points which allowed me to get a reward of 118.26 CROP.
If I do a simple proportion I can calculate the value in CROP of 1 Share point:
Based on the market value of CROP tokens if I sold all the crops I got during the fall season I would have gotten 2564.90 CROP = 8.20 HIVE = $3.61 (Highest Bid Value)
The estimated total value of my inventory is 21489.85 CROP = 68.78 HIVE = $30.26
The first operation I perform at the beginning of each season is requesting new quests.
If you are a new player always remember to request the new quests before planting the seeds for the new season because otherwise you may have a lot of difficulty completing the quests ;)
In the image below you can see the new quests I received today.
I have to complete all the quests if I want to receive the seasonal reward and that is why it is always very important to check and plan to complete the quests at the beginning of the season and before planting the seeds.
This season I have been quite lucky because there is only one quest that I cannot complete because I do not have Napa Cabbage seeds in my NFT collection.
I must then use the Reroll function, spend 10 CROP and hope to receive a new quest that I can complete.
The new quest asks me: Harvest 1 Peas crops.
It is a quest that I can easily complete and then I can move on to the next game activity: planting seeds in the plots of my lands.
This season I have decided to use only 1 Speed Grow booster in my Awesome Land.
I have three seeds that have the ability to produce crops until the end of the season and by applying Speed Grow I could get more crops from these seeds because I will be able to do more harvests.
I have also decided to use 7 Mystery Seeds and hope that at least one will turn into a legendary seed although the chances of this happening are very low.
Unfortunately, no mystery seed has turned into a legendary seed :(
The 7 Mystery Seeds that I planted turned into:
- 1 White Rose (Rare Type)
- 3 Parsley (Common Type)
- 2 Cilantro (Common Type)
- 1 Peas (Common Type)
In the following image you can see all the seeds I planted today.
In conclusion I show you the prospectus I created to monitor the trend of the CROP token value season after season. In the table below you can see the calculation of the difference in value (in dollars and HIVE) of the CROP tokens over a time interval of 16 days (March 21, 2023 - April 6, 2023).
HIVE gains +6.28% compared to the dollar value it had sixteen days ago. The CROP token even though it records a decrease in its value in HIVE increases its value in dollars.

Su dCrops è da poco meno di 24 ore che è iniziata la stagione più fredda di tutte: l'inverno.
Oggi e come faccio da diverso tempo a questa parte condivido la mia attività di gioco su dCrops che è quasi tutta concentrata durante il primo giorno di ogni nuova stagione.
Ma prima voglio condividere il regalo che ho ricevuto oggi grazie al mio CROP POWER: un NFT di tipo Avatar di Hashkings.
Infatti Hashkings e dCrops sono due progetti che hanno spesso collaborato tra di loro soprattutto tramite promozioni e Hashkings ha regalato un NFT Avatar con il tema di dCrops a tutti i giocatori con almeno 20K CROP Power.
Se il 5 aprile 2023, giorno in cui è avvenuto lo snapshot, avevi almeno 20K CROP Power dovresti aver ricevuto anche tu lo stesso NFT che ho ricevuto io e che puoi vedere dalla sezione Avatar dell'HK Menu su https://farm.hashkings.app/games
Nella stagione autunnale ho completato le quests abbastanza facilmente perchè ho dovuto utilizzare la funzionalità Reroll solo due volte e ho speso in totale 20 CROP.
Come ricompensa ho ricevuto 12 Reward Chests, ho fatto il Claim e ho aperto i 12 Chests. Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere il contenuto dei 12 Chests che ho aperto.
Non ho trovato ancora il mio primo NFT Gold Ore ma ho trovato comunque una ricompensa migliore di quella precedente in cui avevo trovato solo 2 NFT.
I 4 NFT che ho trovato oggi (2 Wood e 2 Copper Ore) hanno un valore di mercato totale di 4.4 HIVE.
Anche nella stagione autunnale ho continuato a seguire la strategia di non vendere i crops ad esclusione dei crops la cui vendita era necessaria per completare le quests.
Il motivo per cui non vendo i crops in cambio di punti Shares è sempre la stessa: voglio vendere la maggior parte dei crops che ho nel mio inventario durante la prossima promozione pasquale che è stata annunciata tempo fa da dCrops in un suo tweet (vedi screenshot seguente).
Pasqua è vicina ma la promozione annunciata tempo fa non è ancora iniziata ma inizierà molto probabilmente dopo come è avvenuto per la promozione natalizia.
Nella stagione autunnale ho piantato 102 NFTs di tipo seme:

Anche se ho venduto pochi crops nella stagione autunnale posso comunque valutare la mia produzione stagionale tramite il confronto del valore del mio inventario ad inizio autunno e a fine autunno.
Ad inizio autunno il mio inventario valeva 16963 punti Shares.
Oggi 5 aprile 2023 il mio inventario ha un valore di 19262 punti Shares.
Ho incrementato il valore del mio inventario di +2299 punti Shares in 15 giorni (precedente incremento: +2393 punti Shares).
Calcolare il valore stimato del mio inventario in token CROP, HIVE e dollari è semplice perchè è sufficiente considerare il guadagno in token CROP che ho ottenuto dalla vendita dei miei crops durante la stagione autunnale.
Nella stagione autunnale ho ottenuto 106 punti Shares che mi hanno permesso di ottenere una ricompensa di 118.26 CROP.
Se faccio una semplice proporzione posso conoscere il valore in CROP di 1 punto Share:
In base al valore di mercato dei token CROP se avessi venduto tutti i crops che ho ottenuto durante la stagione autunnale avrei ottenuto 2564.90 CROP = 8.20 HIVE = 3.61$ (Highest Bid Value)
Il valore totale stimato del mio inventario è di 21489.85 CROP = 68.78 HIVE = 30.26$
La prima operazione che effettuo all'inizio di ogni stagione è richiedere le nuove quests.
Se sei un nuovo giocatore ricordati sempre di richiedere le nuove quests prima di piantare i semi per la nuova stagione perchè altrimenti potresti avere molte difficoltà a completare le quests ;)
Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere le nuove quests che ho ricevuto oggi.
Devo completare tutte le quests se voglio ricevere la ricompensa stagionale e per questo motivo è sempre molto importante verificare e pianificare il completamento delle quests ad inizio stagione e prima di aver piantato i semi.
In questa stagione sono stato abbastanza fortunato perchè c'è una sola quest che non posso completare perchè non ho Napa Cabbage seeds nella mia collezione di NFT.
Devo quindi utilizzare la funzione Reroll, spendere 10 CROP e sperare di ricevere una nuova quest che posso completare.
La nuova quest mi chiede: Harvest 1 Peas crops.
E' una quest che posso completare facilmente e quindi posso passare all'attività di gioco successiva: piantare i semi nei plots delle mie lands.
In questa stagione ho deciso di utilizzare 1 solo booster Speed Grow in una mia Awesome Land.
Ho tre seeds che hanno l'abilità di produrre crops fino alla fine della stagione e applicando lo Speed Grow potrei ottenere più crops da questi semi perchè potrò fare più harvests.
Ho deciso di utilizzare anche 7 Mystery Seeds e spero che almeno uno si trasformi in un seme leggendario anche se le probabilità che questo accada sono molto basse.
Purtroppo nessun mistery seed si è trasformato in un seme leggendario :(
I 7 Mystery Seeds che ho piantato si sono strasformati in:
- 1 White Rose (Rare Type)
- 3 Parsley (Common Type)
- 2 Cilantro (Common Type)
- 1 Peas (Common Type)

In conclusione ti mostro il prospetto che ho creato per monitorare l'andamento del valore del token CROP stagione dopo stagione. Nel prospetto seguente puoi vedere il calcolo della differenza di valore (in dollari e in HIVE) dei token CROP in un intervallo di tempo di 16 giorni (21 marzo 2023 - 6 aprile 2023).
HIVE guadagna +6.28% rispetto al valore in dollari che aveva sedici giorni fa. Il token CROP anche se fa registrate una diminuzione del suo valore in HIVE aumenta il suo valore in dollari.
