On dCrops time is marked by the seasons which have a 15-day duration. At the time I begin writing this post the spring season has just begun, which with its warmer temperatures will sweep away the cold brought by winter.
Today and as I have been doing for several months now I am sharing my game activity on dCrops which is almost all concentrated during the first day of each new season.
The winter season that just ended was not like any other because the beautiful and fun Easter Event promotion began.
The dCrops events are a chance to have fun and at the same time increase the game's assets.
After the end of the Xmas initiative which I enjoyed very much, my game strategy on dCrops has been influenced a lot by dCrops events.
In fact, after the end of the Xmas event I had decided to accumulate and not sell my crops before the start of the next promotional envent and I shared this choice in my previous posts on dCrops.
I think I made the right choice as did those who followed my same strategy.
Before the winter season ended I sold most of the crops I had accumulated over the previous 6 seasons. I kept only 12 crops by rarity and type to have an advantage in completing seasonal quests and sold all other crops.
At the beginning of the winter season my inventory had a value of 19262 Shares while today it has a value of 9999 Shares.
Thanks to the game activity (planting and harvesting) I had obtained 1226.9 Easter Eggs.
After selling crops I reached a total of 7779.2 Easter Eggs.
Easter Eggs can be used in the Event Shop to purchase game items, and I chose to use all the Easter Eggs I have accumulated to date to purchase and open 31 Golden Eggs
Within the 31 golden eggs I found several prizes including also 6 Golden Tickets and moved closer to my first purchase goal in the Shop Event, the Fairy Garden, which costs 15 Golden Tickets and I hope to be able to purchase it before the available copies run out.
When the Ester Event started, I published a post in which I advised my readers to also participate in the paid mode (5000 CROP) because the chances of making a profit were very high.

In fact only considering the 6 Golden Tickets I received in 8 days of participation in Easter Bunny's Team is it possible to purchase 2 Alpha packs whose market value is 7.20 SWAP.HIVE per pack. 2 Alpha packs have a total value of 14.40 SWAP.HIVE which is about 70% of the cost I incurred to participate (about 21 SWAP.HIVE).
With another 19 days before the end of the event, it is highly likely to make a nice profit!
In the winter season, I completed all the seasonal quests without difficulty.
In the following image you can see the contents of the 12 Reward Chests that I received as rewards and opened.
The first operation I performed today after the start of the new season was requesting the new quests.
If you are a new player always remember to request the new quests before planting the seeds for the new season because otherwise you may have a lot of difficulty completing the quests ;)

The reward of the quests is only received by completing all the quests and for this reason it is always very important to check and plan to complete the quests at the beginning of the season and before planting the seeds.
I quickly check to see if I can complete all the quests by opening three windows in my browser. In one window I open the Inventory of dCrops (useful to check if I can complete Sell-type quests). In the second window I display my card collection (to check if I can complete Plant and Harvest type quests). In the third window I display the quests page.
This season I have been particularly lucky because I have received only one quests that I cannot in any way complete because I have no Napa Cabbage seeds in my NFT collection.
I necessarily had to use the Reroll function, spent 10 CROP and hoped to receive a new completable quest.
The new quest asked me: Sell 2 Cilantro.
I received a quest that I could complete right away because I had 4 Cilantro crops in my inventory and I immediately made the sale and completed the quest right away.
The last operation I perform at the beginning of the season is planting seeds in the plots of my lands.
This season I decided to use:
- 2 Ferti-Plus boosters and 2 Speed-Grow boosters in two of my Awesome Lands.
- 10 Mystery Seed
The 10 Mystery Seeds that I planted turned into:
- 1 Kale (Common Type)
- 4 Dill (Common Type)
- 3 Rosemary (Common Type)
- 2 Broccoli (Common Type)
Unfortunately, no mystery seed turned into a legendary seed :(
In the image below you can see all the seeds I planted today.
In conclusion I show you the prospectus I created to monitor the trend of the CROP token value season after season. In the table below you can see the calculation of the difference in value (in dollars and HIVE) of the CROP tokens over a time interval of 14 days (April 6, 2023 - April 20, 2023).
In a time interval of 14 days HIVE registers a -3.41% compared to the dollar value it had just after the end of the previous season of dCrops. The CROP token registers a good increase in value against the dollar:
- +5.82% (Highest Bid Value)
- +23.45% (Lowest Ask Value).

Su dCrops il tempo è scadito dalle stagioni che hanno una durata di 15 giorni. Nel momento in cui inizio a scrivere questo post è appena iniziata la stagione primaverile che con le sue temperature più calde spazzerà via il freddo portato dall'inverno.
Oggi e come faccio da diverso tempo a questa parte condivido la mia attività di gioco su dCrops che è quasi tutta concentrata durante il primo giorno di ogni nuova stagione.
La stagione invernale appena conclusa non è stata una stagione come le altre perchè è iniziata la bella e divertente promozione Easter Event.
Gli eventi di dCrops sono un'occasione per divertirsi e allo stesso tempo per aumentare gli assets del gioco. Dopo la fine dell'iniziativa Xmas che mi è piaciuta molto, la mia strategia di gioco su dCrops è stata influenzata molto dagli eventi di dCrops.
Infatti dopo la fine dell'evento natalizio avevo deciso di accumulare e non vendere i miei crops prima dell'inizio del successivo envento promozionale e ho condiviso questa mia scelta nei miei precedenti post su dCrops.
Penso di aver fatto la scelta giusta come chi ha seguito la mia stessa strategia.
Prima che la stagine invernale terminasse ho venduto gran parte dei crops che avevo accumulato nelle 6 stagioni precedenti. Ho mantenuto solo 12 crops per rarita e per tipologia per avere un vantaggio nel completamento delle quests stagionali e ho venduto tutti gli alrti crops.
All'inizio della stagione invernale il mio inventario aveva un valore di 19262 Shares mentre oggi ha un valore di 9999 Shares.
Grazie all'attività di gioco (planting e harvest) avevo ottenuto 1226.9 Easter Eggs. Dopo la vendita dei crops nel mio invetario ho raggiunto un totale di 7779.2 Easter Eggs.
Gli Easter Eggs possono essere utilizzati nell'Event Shop per acquistare elementi di gioco e io ho scelto di utilizzare tutti gli Easter Eggs che ho accumulato fino ad oggi per acquistare e aprire 31 Golden Eggs
All'interno dei 31 golden eggs ho trovato diversi premi tra cui anche 6 Golden Ticket e mi sono avvicinato al mio primo obiettivo di acquisto nello Shop Event, il Fairy Garden, che costa 15 Golden Ticket e spero di riuscire ad acquistarlo prima che le copie disponibili finiscano.
Quando è iniziato l'Ester Event ho pubblicato un post in cui ho consigliato ai miei lettori di partecipare anche alla modalità a pagamento (5000 CROP) perchè le probabilità di ottenere un profitto erano molto alte.

Nella stagione invernale ho completato tutte le quests stagionali senza difficoltà.

La prima operazione che ho effettuato oggi dopo l'inizio della nuova stagione è stato richiedere le nuove quests.
Se sei un nuovo giocatore ricordati sempre di richiedere le nuove quests prima di piantare i semi per la nuova stagione perchè altrimenti potresti avere molte difficoltà a completare le quests ;)

La ricompensa delle quests è ricevibile solo completando tutte le quests e per questo motivo è sempre molto importante verificare e pianificare il completamento delle quests ad inizio stagione e prima di piantare i semi.
Io per verificare in modo veloce se posso completare tutte le quests apro tre finestre nel mio browser. In una finestra apro l'Inventory di dCrops (utile per verificare se posso completare le quests di tipo Sell). Nella seconda finestra visualizzo la mia collezione di carte (per verificare se posso completare le quests di tipo Plant e Harvest). Nella terza finestra visualizzo la pagina delle quests.
In questa stagione sono stato particolarmente fortunato perchè ho ricevuto solo una quests che non posso in alcun modo completare perchè non ho semi Napa Cabbage nella mia collezione di NFT.
Ho dovuto necessariamente utilizzare la funzione Reroll, ho speso 10 CROP e ho sperato di ricevere una nuova quest completabile.
La nuova quest mi chiedeva: Sell 2 Cilantro.
Ho ricevuto una quest che potevo completare subito perchè avevo 4 Cilantro crops nel mio inventario ed ho effettuato subito la vendita e ho completato subito la quest.
L'ultima operazione che effettuo all'inizio della stagione è piantare i semi nei plots delle mie lands.
In questa stagione ho deciso di utilizzare:
- 2 booster Ferti-Plus e 2 booster Speed-Grow in due mie Awesome Land.
- 10 Mystery Seed
I 10 Mystery Seeds che ho piantato si sono strasformati in:
- 1 Kale (Common Type)
- 4 Dill (Common Type)
- 3 Rosemary (Common Type)
- 2 Broccoli (Common Type)
Purtroppo nessun mistery seed si è trasformato in un seme leggendario :(
Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere tutti i semi che ho piantato oggi.
In conclusione ti mostro il prospetto che ho creato per monitorare l'andamento del valore del token CROP stagione dopo stagione. Nel prospetto seguente puoi vedere il calcolo della differenza di valore (in dollari e in HIVE) dei token CROP in un intervallo di tempo di 14 giorni (6 aprile 2023 - 20 aprile 2023).
In un intervallo di tempo di 14 giorni HIVE registra un -3.41% rispetto al valore in dollari che aveva poco dopo la fine della precedente stagione di dCrops. Il token CROP fa registrare un buon aumento di valore rispetto al dollaro:
- +5.82% (Highest Bid Value)
- +23.45% (Lowest Ask Value).
