I like blockchain-based games and currently play six different blockchain-based games. Those who read my posts know that my two favourite games are Splinterlands and Rising Star. The latest game I have started playing is Dcrops (https://www.dcrops.com/).
Dcrops is a blockchain-based farming simulation game that runs on Hive's blockchain. The game is in the early development phase: the Alpha version.
The game is very easy to play and requires little time.
The aim of the game is to grow and develop a farm that produces agricultural products: fruits, vegetables and tubers...
Dcrops is not a free game and to start playing you need to buy packs of cards or cards from the in-game market.
The cost of a pack of cards is 2$ and each pack contains 5 cards with the guarantee that at least one card is rare or better.
To buy card packs you can pay with HIVE tokens or with the native tokens of the Dcrops game which are named after the game (dCrops Token) and are second level Hive tokens.
Dcrops tokens, like all second-level Hive tokens, can be bought, sold and transferred from the following sites:

In order to play and produce agricultural products, you need two types of cards:
- one Land card
- one Seed card
Land and Seed cards can be of four different types: Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary. Each Land card has a number of plots depending on the rarity type of the card: A Legendary Land card has 4 plots and in each plots a seed can be planted. The number of plots decreases by one for epic land cards, by two for rare cards until the common land card has only one plot.
Seed cards can be of type: Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary Legendary and epic cards have special abilities. In the following image you can see all the Seed cards in the Dcrops game.
In the game there are 4 seasons (the same as in real life) that last for 15 days and in each season you can plant a specific seed. So each Seed card can only be used in one season (every 15 days). When the Seed card has produced its fruits you can sell the fruits in exchange for Shares points. On dCrops there is a leaderboard that has a Reward Poll of 500000 dCrops tokens per season and rewards players in proportion to the total Shares points they have earned.
I bought 10 packs of cards and spent 18,574 HIVE.
The previous season was a test season with a very low reward pool. The current season is the first season with a reward pool of 500000 token dcrops. Based on my current shares points I get a reward of 678,846 CROP.
The season isn't over yet (2 days left) so my reward may change.

With this post I wanted to write a small introduction to the Dcrops game. Today I just wanted to share my first impressions about this new game I decided to play. My first impressions are very good and I like the game because it is simple and requires little time and in this period I have very little time available to devote to recreational activities. The game, even if it was created recently, is having a good success and the active players are increasing.
In my next posts I'll go into more detail and I'll analyze the dynamics of the game and I'll evaluate the convenience or not of buying the various types of cards.
Important note: Dcrops is not a free game and any game that involves the possibility to buy cards (NFT) and tokens is never just a game but also an investment and should be treated as such. My post is in no way meant to be an invitation to play and invest in Dcrops. If you choose to buy cards and tokens you do so by your own choice.
Dcrops è un gioco di simulazione agricola basato su blockchain che gira sulla blockchain di Hive. Il gioco è nella fase di sviluppo iniziale: la versione Alpha.
Il gioco è molto semplice da giocare e richiede poco tempo.
Lo scopo del gioco è di far crescere e sviluppare un'azienda agricola che produce prodotti agricoli: frutta, verdura e tuberi...
Dcrops non è un gioco gratuito e per iniziare a giocare è necessario acquistare dei pacchi di carte o delle carte dal mercato interno al gioco.
Il costo di un pacco di carte è di 2$ e ogni pacco contiene 5 carte con la garanzia che almeno una carta è di tipo rara o superiore.
Per comprare i pacchi di carte è possibile pagare con i token HIVE o con i token nativi del gioco di Dcrops che si chiamano come il gioco (dCrops Token) e sono token di secondo livello di Hive.
I token Dcrops, come tutti i token di secondo livello di Hive, possono essere comprati, venduti e trasferiti dai seguenti siti:

Per giocare e produrre i prodotti agricoli è necessario avere due tipologie di carte:
- una carta Land
- una carta Seed
Le carte Land e le carte Seed posso essere di quattro tipi diversi: Comune, Rara, Epica e Leggendaria Ogni Land ha un numero di plots che dipende dal tipo di rarità della carta: Una carta Land Leggendaria ha 4 plots e in ogni plots può essere piantato un seme. Il numero di plots diminuisce di una unità per le carte Land epiche, di due unità per le carte rare fino ad arrivare alla land comune che ha un solo plot.
Le carte Seed possono essere di tipo: Comune, Rara, Epica e Leggendaria Le carte leggendarie ed epiche hanno delle abilità speciali. Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere tutte le carte Seed presenti nel gioco di Dcrops.
Nel gioco ci sono 4 stagioni (le stesse della vita reale) che hanno una durata di 15 giorni e in ogni stagione è possibile piantare un determinato seme. Quindi ogni carta Seed può essere utilizzata in una sola stagione (ogni 15 giorni). Quando la carta Seed ha prodotto i suoi frutti è possibile vendere i frutti in cambio di punti Shares. Su dCrops c'è una classifica che ha una Reward Poll di 500000 token dCrops a stagione e che premia i giocatori in proporzione al totale di punti Shares che hanno totalizzato.
Io ho comprato 10 pacchi di carte e ho speso 18.574 HIVE
La precedente stagione è stata una stagione di test con una reward pool molto bassa. La stagione attuale è la prima stagione con una reward pool di 500000 token dcrops. In base ai miei punti shares attuali mi spetta una ricompensa di 678.846 CROP.
La stagione non è ancora finita (mancano 2 giorni) e quindi la mia ricompensa potrebbe cambiare.

Con questo post ho voluto scrivere una piccola introduzione al gioco di Dcrops. Oggi volevo solo condividere le mie prime impressioni su questo nuovo gioco a cui ho deciso di giocare. Le mie prime impressioni sono molto buone e il gioco mi piace perchè è semplice e richiede poco tempo e in questo periodo ho davvero poco tempo disponibile da dedicare alle attività ludiche. Il gioco anche se è stato creato da poco sta riscuotendo un buon successo e i giocatori attivi stanno aumentando.
Nei miei prossimi post entrerò maggiormente nel dettaglio e analizzerò le dinamiche del gioco e valuterò la convenienza o meno dell'acquisto delle varie tipologie di carte.
Nota importante: Dcrops non è un gioco gratuito e qualunque gioco che prevede la possibilità di acquistare carte (NFT) e token non è mai solo un gioco ma anche un investimento e come tale va trattato.
