The best cards to buy in Autumn + My Financial Report
Just over two days ago the summer season ended in the game of Dcrops which is a farming game created and developed on the Hive blockchain. Dcrops is a game that requires little time and the end of the season is the perfect time for me to evaluate my investment in the game and to share my financial report. A report can be uninteresting and for this reason I thought to give more utility to my reports by including the evaluation of the best cards to buy in the current season.

The best cards to buy (January 27, 2022)
There are three types of cards in the game of Dcrops:
- LAND cards
- SEED cards
- BOOST cards
Dcrops is not a free game and those who want to start their business as a farmer must buy at least 2 cards of different types:
- 1 LAND card
- 1 SEED card
I don't consider BOOST cards because they are useful but not indispensable and, above all, they are consumable game elements because they can be used only once, unlike LAND and SEED cards which can be used cyclically.
More precisely, the LAND cards can be used in every season. The SEED cards have instead a cyclic use but discontinuous because they can be used only in a specific season (every 45 days).
LAND cards: The best buy
In the game of Dcrops there are four types of LAND cards (following image).
A SEED card needs one land to be used, and LAND cards have a number of plots that increases based on the rarity of the card (min.1 - max 4):
- Average Farmland (Common type card): 1 plot = 1 usable seed card
- Fertile Land (rare card): 2 plots = 2 usable seed cards at the same time
- Awesome Land (Epic card type): 3 plots = 3 seed cards that can be used at the same time
- Hi-Tec Land (Legendary type card): 4 plots = 4 seed cards usable at the same time
LAND cards also have a Bonus attribute that ranges from 2% (Average Farmland) to 10% (Hi-Tec Land). This bonus increases the probability of receiving additional CROP at harvest time but is only a determining factor in the case of small price differences between cards. My main criterion for choosing which LAND card to buy is the lowest Cost per Plot.
In the following table I have included the prices of the LAND cards for sale on the Dcrops market today January 27th and I have calculated the Cost per Plot in SWAP.HIVE considering both the most used payment methods:
- payment using SWAP.HIVE tokens.
- payment using CROP tokens (the native tokens of the Dcrops game).
As you can see from the calculations in the table in the following image the Land card that has the lowest cost per plot is the rare Fertile Land card that has a cost per plot of 1.2450 SWAP.HIVE.
At the time of writing this post there are 8 Fertile Land cards priced at 2.49 SWAP.HIVE and the seller is @denboxieval
Compared to the last time I checked the market values of the LAND cards (Jan 11, 2021) the LAND cards have gained value
In the following image you can see the difference in value of the LAND cards that I recorded on the dates:

Except for the Awesome Land card the LAND cards have higher market prices than 16 days ago.
SEED Cards: The best buy for the autumn season
There are five SEED cards that can be used during the autumn season:
- Garlic card (common type)
- Carrot card (common type)
- Pumpkin card (rare type)
- Beetroot card (epic type)
- Raspberry card (legendary type)
Only the Raspberry card can be used multiple times during the fall season. All other cards can only be used once during the current fall season then can be reused in the following fall season.
The SEED cards allow you to obtain agricultural products that can be sold in exchange for SHARES points. The SHARES points allow to enter the Leaderboard of Dcrops and according to the amount of SHARES points Dcrops players receive CROP tokens as end of season reward.
When choosing which SEED cards to purchase, it is important to calculate the SHARES POINTS/HIVE ratio for each SEED card that can be used in a given season.
**The SHARES POINTS/HIVE ratio indicates the minimum number of SHARES points that can be obtained for each HIVE token spent on the purchase of a SEED card.
Calculating the value of each SEED card's SHARES POINTS/HIVE ratio is easy:
Total SHARES Points obtainable from the SEED card in a season / SEED card purchase cost (in HIVE)
In the table in the following image you can see the SHARES points/HIVE ratio values for each SEED card that can be used during the autumn season.
As you can see from the calculations in the table above, the card that has the highest SHARES points/HIVE ratio value is the Pumpkin card (48.97) and is therefore the best card to buy today January 27, 2022. Each HIVE token spent on the purchase of a Pumpkin card earns a minimum of 48.97 SHARES points. The card with the lowest SHARES/HIVE ratio is the Raspberry legendary card which is the worst buy.
Compared to 16 days ago, the market price of SEED cards that can be used in the autumn season has increased (see table below).
Evaluation of my investment on Dcrops
To evaluate my investment on Dcrops I have to consider:
- the total cost of my investment
- the total value of the game assets in my possession.
Up to now I haven't sold any assets in my possession otherwise I would have to consider the total value of the revenues obtained from the sale of the assets of the game.
Total cost of my investment
The total cost of my investment on Dcrops is the cost I've incurred to date to purchase:
- packs of Alpha cards
- individual cards from the Dcrops marketplace.
To date, I have invested 156.57 HIVE tokens.
The value of my card collection
My card collection consists of 193 cards (NFT):
- 18 LAND cards
- 175 SEED cards
In the following image you can see the total value of my card collection. For each card in my possession I have taken into account the lowest sale price on the Dcrops market (as of January 27, 2022).
The market value of my card collection is 232.18 SWAP.HIVE = $204.55.
Compared to 16 days ago (January 11, 2021) my card collection has increased in value in terms of SWAP.HIVE tokens (+ 37.66 SWAP.HIVE) but has lost value in terms of dollars (- $32.76)
The value of card packs in my possession
Until today I have purchased 34 Alpha card packs but 20 card packs I decided not to open in order to increase my CROP Power by 40000 points.
Today January 11, 2022 the value of an ALPHA card pack = DCALPHA token on Hive Engine, Tribal Dex or LeoDEX is:
- 4.99 SWAP.HIVE = $4.41 (Lowest Ask).
- 4.00 SWAP.HIVE = 3.53$ (Highest BID)
In the following image you can see the Candlestick chart for the period November 26, 2021 - January 27, 2022.
The total value of the packs of Alpha cards in my possession is 72.00 SWAP.HIVE = $87.84
As for the value of my card collection also in this case and compared to 16 days ago has increased the value in SWAP.HIVE of the packs of cards in my possession while decreased the value in terms of dollars.
The value of my CROP tokens
CROP tokens are the native tokens of Dcrops, they are second level tokens on the Hive blockchain and can be bought and sold on Hive Engine/TribalDex/LeoDEX.
CROP tokens are also the seasonal reward for placement on the Leaderboard of Dcrops.
In the last completed season, the summer, I harvested and sold agricultural products worth 1421 Shares.
Due to the 1421 Shares score I received 1187.22 CROP tokens as an end of season reward.
The value of 1187.22 CROP tokens is 2.20 HIVE (Highest BID)
I could get more Shares points but I decided to keep 4 agricultural products for each type of product and for each rarity level (1-3 stars).
In this way I will have more chances to complete the Quests without having to be forced to press the Reroll button that has a cost of 10 CROP tokens.
In my in-game wallet I have a total of 6382,952 CROP tokens.
The value of 6382,952 CROP tokens is 11.84 HIVE.
Holding Rewards
Thanks to the CROP tokens and card packs in my possession I have a CROP POWER score over 20000 points and every day I receive a reward in HIVE tokens in my wallet. My CROP POWER score is 45976.01 points.
The value of the last reward I received from Dcrops was 0.101 HIVE (My share: 0.1420%).
To date, I have received a total of 13.22 HIVE from Holding Rewards.

Profit, Roi and Considerations
To date, January 27, 2021, I have invested 156.57 HIVE in the game of Dcrops: The total value of my card collection is 232.18 HIVE (estimated value). The total value of the 20 packs of Alpha cards in my possession is 80 HIVE. The total value of Holding Rewards received is 13.22 HIVE The value of the CROP tokens in my wallet is 11.84 HIVE.
I started playing and investing in the Dcrops game at the end of May 2021.
In just over 8 months, I invested 156.57 HIVE tokens and got a profit of 180.67 HIVE = $159.17
The profit of 180.67 HIVE tokens corresponds to an ROI of +115.39%
Final Considerations
I am satisfied with the financial result I have achieved so far. In 8 months I have achieved an ROI of 115.39% and a profit of 180.67 HIVE.
Dcrops is a game that is less than 9 months old and getting in from the beginning has allowed me to make a good profit.
My profit is largely produced by the value of the cards that make up my card collection and the market value of the card packs that I have not yet opened.
However, the value of the in-game rewards I have earned in 8 months is not very high: Total Rewards = Leaderboards Rewards + Holding Rewards = 25.06 HIVE (about 3.13 HIVE per month).
In the summer season I earned rewards totaling 3.72 HIVE. The seasonal ROI was 2.373%. Based on these values the estimated annual ROI is 56.95%.
In the last season there were just over 500 active players and the value of 1 SHARE point allowed to get 0.83 CROP tokens whose value is 0.0015 HIVE.
There are news on Dcrops, as communicated in the discord channel by the creator of Dcrop soon in the chests of seasonal rewards will be possible to find NFT and not only BOOSTER Card.

DCROPS: Le migliori carte da acquistare in Autunno + Il mio report finanziario
Poco più di due giorni fa è terminata la stagione estiva nel gioco di Dcrops che è un gioco di farming creato e sviluppato sulla blockchain di Hive. Dcrops è un gioco che richiede poco tempo e la fine della stagione è il momento ideale per me per valutare il mio investimento nel gioco e per condividere il mio report finanziario. Un report può essere poco interessante e per questo motivo ho pensato di dare più utilità ai miei report inserendo anche la valutazione delle migliori carte da acquistare nella stagione in corso.

Le migliori carte da acquistare (27 gennaio 2022)
Nel gioco di Dcrops ci sono tre tipi di carte:
- carte LAND
- carte SEED
- carte BOOST
Dcrops non è un gioco gratuito e chi vuole iniziare la sua attività da imprenditore agricolo deve acquistare almeno 2 carte di tipologia diversa:
- 1 carta LAND
- 1 carta SEED
Non considero le carte BOOST perchè sono carte utili ma non indispensabili e soprattutto sono elementi di gioco consumabili perchè utilizzabili una sola volta a differenza delle carte LAND e SEED che possono essere utilizzate ciclicamente.
Più precisamente le carte LAND possono essere utilizzate in ogni stagione. Le carte SEED hanno invece un utilizzo ciclico ma discontinuo perchè possono essere utilizzate soltanto in una precisa stagione (ogni 45 giorni).
Carte LAND: Il miglior acquisto
Nel gioco di Dcrops ci sono quattro tipi di carte LAND (immagine seguente).
Una carta SEED ha bisogno di un terreno per essere utilizzata e le carte LAND hanno un numero di terreni che aumenta in base alla rarità della carta (min.1 - max 4):
- Average Farmland (carta di tipo Comune): 1 terreno = 1 carta seme utilizzabile
- Fertile Land (carta di tipo Rara): 2 terreni = 2 carte seme utilizzabili contemporaneamente
- Awesome Land (carta di tipo Epica): 3 terreni = 3 carte seme utilizzabili contemporaneamente
- Hi-Tec Land (carta di tipo Leggendaria): 4 terreni = 4 carte seme utilizzabili contemporaneamente
Le carte LAND hanno anche un attributo Bonus che varia dal 2% (Average Farmland) al 10% (Hi-Tec Land). Questo bonus aumenta la probabilità di ricevere dei CROP aggiuntivi al momento del raccolto ma è un elemento determinante solo nel caso di piccole differenze di prezzo tra le carte.
Il mio criterio principale per scegliere quale carta è il Costo per Plot più basso.
Nella tabella seguente ho inserito i prezzi delle carte LAND in vendita sul mercato di Dcrops oggi 27 gennaio e ho calcolato il Costo per Plot in SWAP.HIVE considerando entrambi i metodi di pagamento più utilizzati:
- pagamento utilizzando i token SWAP.HIVE
- pagamento utilizzando i token CROP (i token nativi del gioco di Dcrops).
Come puoi vedere dai calcoli presenti nella tabella nell'immagine seguente la carta Land che ha il minor costo per plot è la carta rara Fertile Land che ha un costo per plot di 1.2450 SWAP.HIVE.
Nel momento in cui scrivo questo post ci sono 8 carte Fertile Land al prezzo di 2.49 SWAP.HIVE e il venditore è @denboxieval
Rispetto all'ultima volta che ho controllato i valori di mercato delle carte LAND (11 gennaio 2021) le carte LAND hanno acquistato valore
Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere la differenza di valore delle carte LAND che ho registrato nelle date:

- 27 gennaio 2021
Tranne la carta Awesome Land i prezzi delle carte LAND hanno prezzi di mercato superiori rispetto a 16 giorni fa.
Carte SEED: Il miglior acquisto per la stagione autunnale
Le carte SEED utilizzabili durante la stagione autunnale sono cinque:
- carta Garlic (tipo comune)
- carta Carrot (tipo comune)
- carta Pumpkin (tipo rara)
- carta Beetroot (tipo epica)
- carta Raspberry (tipo leggendaria)
Solo la carta Raspberry può essere utilizzata più volte durante la stagione autunale. Tutte le altre carte possono essere utilizzate una sola volta durante la corrente stagione autunnale poi potranno essere riutilizzate nella stagione autunnale successiva.
Le carte SEED permettono di ottenere i prodotti agricoli che possono essere venduti in cambio di punti SHARES . I punti SHARES permettono di entrare nella Leaderboard di Dcrops e in base al quantitativo di punti SHARES i giocatori di Dcrops ricevono i token CROP come ricompensa di fine stagione.
Nella scelta delle carte SEED da acquistare è importante calcolare il rapporto Punti SHARES/HIVE per ogni carta SEED utilizzabile in una determinata stagione.
Il rapporto PUNTI SHARES/HIVE indica il numero minimo dei punti Shares ottenibile per ogni token HIVE speso nell'acquisto di una carta SEED.
Calcolare il valore del rapporto PUNTI SHARES/HIVE di ogni carta SEED è facile:
Totale Punti SHARES ottenibili dalla carta SEME in una stagione / costo di acquisto della carta SEME (in HIVE)
Nella tabella nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere i valori del rapporto Punti SHARES/HIVE per ogni carta SEED utilizzabile durante la stagione autunnale.
Come puoi vedere dai calcoli nella tabella in alto, la carta che ha il valore del rapporto punti SHARES/HIVE più alto è la carta Pumpkin (48.97) ed è quindi la carta migliore da acquistare oggi 27 gennaio 2022. Ogni token HIVE speso nell'acquisto di una carta Pumpkin permette di guadagnare un minimo di 48.97 punti SHARES. La carta che ha il rapporto punti SHARES/HIVE più basso è la carta leggendaria Raspberry che è il peggior acquisto.
Rispetto a 16 giorni fa il prezzo di mercato delle carte SEED utilizzabili nella stagione autunnale è aumentato (vedi tabella seguente).
Valutazione del mio investimento su Dcrops
Per valutare il mio investimento su Dcrops devo considerare:
- il costo totale del mio investimento
- il valore totale degli assets del gioco in mio possesso
Fino ad oggi non ho venduto nessun asset in mio possesso altrimenti dovrei considerare anche il valore totale dei ricavi ottenuti dalla vendita degli assets del gioco
Costo totale del mio investimento
Il costo totale del mio investimento su Dcrops è il costo che ho sostenuto fino ad oggi per acquistare:
- i pacchi di carte Alpha
- singole carte dal mercato di Dcrops.
Fino ad oggi ho investito 156.57 token HIVE.
Il valore della mia collezione di carte
La mia collezione di carte è composta da 193 carte (NFT):
- 18 carte LAND
- 175 carte SEED
Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere il valore totale della mia collezione di carte. Per ogni carta in mio possesso ho preso in considerazione il prezzo di vendita più basso presente sul mercato di Dcrops (in data 27 gennaio 2022).
Il valore di mercato della mia collezione di carte è di 232.18 SWAP.HIVE = 204.55$.

Il valore totale dei pacchi di carte Alpha in mio possesso è di 72.00 SWAP.HIVE = 87.84$
Come per il valore della mia collezione di carte anche in questo caso e rispetto a 16 giorni fa è aumentato il valore in SWAP.HIVE dei pacchi di carte in mio possesso mentre è diminuito il valore in termini di dollari.
Il valore dei miei token CROP
I token CROP sono i token nativi di Dcrops, sono token di secondo livello della blockchain di Hive e possono essere comprati e venduti su Hive Engine/TribalDex/LeoDEX.
I token CROP sono anche la ricompensa stagionale per il posizionamento nella Leaderboard di Dcrops.
Nell'ultima stagione conclusa, l'estate, ho raccolto e venduto prodotti agricoli per un valore di 1421 Shares.
Grazie al punteggio di 1421 punti Shares ho ricevuto come ricompensa di fine stagione 1187.22 token CROP.
Il valore di 1187.22 token CROP è di 2.20 HIVE (Highest BID)
Potevo ottenere più punti Shares ma ho deciso di conservare 4 prodotti agricoli per ogni tipologia di prodotto e per ogni grado di rarità (1-3 stelle).
In questo modo avrò più possibilità di completare le Quests senza dover essere costretto a premere sul bottone Reroll che ha un costo di 10 token CROP.
Nel mio wallet interno al gioco ho un totale di 6382.952 token CROP.
Il valore di 6382.952 token CROP è di 11.84 HIVE.
Holding Rewards
Grazie ai token CROP e ai pacchi di carte in mio possesso ho un punteggio CROP POWER superiore a 20000 punti e ogni giorno ricevo una ricompensa in token HIVE nel mio wallet. Il mio punteggio CROP POWER è di 45976.01 punti.
Il valore dell'ultima ricompensa che ho ricevuto da Dcrops è stato di 0.101 HIVE (My share: 0.1420%).
Fino ad oggi ho ricevuto un totale di 13.22 HIVE dalla classifica Holding Rewards.

Fino ad oggi, 27 gennaio 2021, ho investito nel gioco di Dcrops 156.57 HIVE: Il valore totale della mia collezione di carte è di 232.18 HIVE (valore stimato) Il valore totale dei 20 pacchi di carte Alpha in mio possesso è di 80 HIVE Il valore totale delle ricompense Holding Rewards ricevute è di 13.22 HIVE Il valore dei token CROP nel mio wallet è di 11.84 HIVE.
Ho iniziato a giocare e ad investire nel gioco di Dcrops a fine maggio 2021.
In poco più di 8 mesi ho investito 156.57 token HIVE e ho ottenuto un profitto di 80.67 HIVE = 159.17$
Al profitto di 180.67 token HIVE corrisponde un ROI di +115.39%
Considerazioni Finali
Sono soddisfatto del risultato finanziario che ho ottenuto fino ad ora. In 8 mesi ho ottenuto un ROI del 115.39% e un profitto di 180.67 HIVE.
Dcrops è un gioco che ha meno di 9 mesi di vita e entrare fin dall'inizio mi ha permesso di ottenere un buon profitto.
Il mio profitto è prodotto in gran parte dal valore delle carte che compongono la mia collezione di carte e dal valore di mercato dei pacchi di carte che non ho ancora aperto.
Il valore delle ricompense di gioco che ho ottenuto in 8 mesi non è però molto alto: Total Rewards = Leaderboards Rewards + Holding Rewards = 25.06 HIVE (circa 3.13 HIVE al mese).
Nella stagione estiva ho ottenuto ricompense per un totale di 3,72 HIVE. Il ROI stagionale è stato del 2.373%. In base a questi valori il ROI stimato annuale è del 56.95%
Nell'ultima stagione i giocatori attivi sono stati poco più di 500 e il valore di 1 punto SHARE ha permesso di ottenere 0.83 token CROP il cui valore è di 0.0015 HIVE.
