Hi hivers and players of Rising Star, yesterday my friend @mad-runner contacted me on Discord to ask for advice on which card to buy to increase the number of Fans in the game of Rising Star.

So to help @mad-runner but also those who are in the same situation I decided to explore the market of Rising Star looking for cards that allow you to increase the number of Fans in the most convenient way possible.

The number of Fans is an important element of the game of Rising Star because it is one of the requirements of the many missions available and present in the game.

The more missions have a higher reward in STARBITS (NFT of Rising Star), the more Fans are required to perform the mission.

For example, the Shopping Mall mission that rewards you with a random number of STARBITS within the range [150 - 638] requires a number of Fans equal to or greater than 750.

Which is the most convenient card to increase the number of Fans?

In the Rising Star game, there are 57 cards (+5 Fan Boost) that have the Fans attribute greater than 0 and therefore allow you to increase the total number of Fans available.

To choose the card that allows you to increase the number of fans at the lowest possible cost you must calculate the ratio FANS/$ (or FANS/HIVE). The FANS/$ ratio tells you how many Fans you get for every dollar you spend. The higher the result of the FANS/$ ratio, the cheaper the purchase and vice versa.

Since cards can be purchased using SWAP.HIVE tokens or STARBITS tokens it is also necessary to compare the two payment methods.

In the following table you can see all Rising Star cards (with the attribute Fans > 0) on the market today January 19, 2021 sorted by FANS/$ ratio using SWAP.HIVE tokens as payment method.

The following table has the same data as the previous table but the sorting is by FANS/$ ratio using STARBITS tokens as the payment method.

Based on the FANS/$ ratio the best possible purchase to increase the number of FANS is the R20 Touring Coach card.

In fact as you can see from the image below the R20 Touring Coach card has the highest FANS/$ value: 669.09.

To buy the R10 Touring Coach card, you must use SWAP.HIVE tokens as payment method, otherwise the Fans/$ ratio drops by more than 100 points. The player who has put the card on sale at the best price is @furious-one.

But watch out for the EGO!

The FANS/$ ratio is not the only element to consider when buying a card and you must also consider the increase in Ego that a card produces. In fact in the Rising Star game there is the Ego factor that, when it has a positive value, reduces the maximum number of STARBITS that you can earn from missions.

EGO = (Total Number of FANS + Total Sum EGO Attributes of completed missions)

To have a EGO = 0 the following condition is required:

Total Skill points must be greater than or equal to the total EGO points.

The R20 Touring Coach card increases the number of FANS (+550) in the most convenient way possible but also produces an increase in Ego of 550 points.

The evaluations to make are the following:

  • if your Ego is less than 550 points compared to the total of your SKILL points you can buy the card that I recommended without problems.
  • if the purchase of the card produces a considerable increase of the Ego you can choose:
    • to buy the card anyway, but you must perform several Music Lessons before returning to perform the missions that reward you with STARBITS
    • to buy in combination with the R20 Touring Coach card also cards that have a good SKILL/$ ratio.
    • to buy a card that has a good FANS/$ ratio but produces a slight increase in Ego value.

A good alternative purchase is the R28 Lolita card:

  • cost:3500 STARBITS
  • NSAID/$ ratio: 547,78
  • EGO: + 125

Esplorazione del Market di Rising Star: Hai bisogno di più Fans?

Ciao hivers e giocatori di Rising Star, ieri il mio amico @mad-runner mi ha contattato su Discord per chiedermi un consiglio su quale carta comprare per aumentare il numero di Fans nel gioco di Rising Star.

Così per aiutare @mad-runner ma anche chi si trova nella sua stessa situazione ho deciso di esplorare il mercato di Rising Star alla ricerca delle carte che permettono di aumentare il numero di Fans nel modo più conveniente possibile.

Il numero di Fans è un elemento importante del gioco di Rising Star perchè è uno dei requisiti delle tante missioni disponibili e presenti nel gioco.

Più le missioni hanno un premio in STARBITS (NFT di Rising Star) maggiore e più il numero di Fans richiesto per poter svolgere la missione è a sua volta maggiore.

Ad esempio la missione Shopping Mall che premia con un numero di STARBITS casuale all'interno del range di valori [150 - 638] richiede un numero di Fans uguale o maggiore a 750.

Qual'è la carta più conveniente per aumentare il numero di Fans?

Nel gioco di Rising Star ci sono 58 carte che hanno l'attributo Fans maggiore di 0 e che quindi permettono di incrementare il numero totale di Fans a disposizione.

Per scegliere la carta che permette di aumentare il numero di fans al costo più basso possibile è necessario calcolre il rapporto FANS/$. Il rapporto FANS/$ mi dice quanti Fans ottengo per ogni dollaro speso. Più il risultato del rapporto FANS/$ è alto e più l'acquisto è conveniente e viceversa.

Dato che le carte si possono acquistare utilizzando i token SWAP.HIVE oppure i token STARBITS è necessario anche fare un confronto tra i due metodi di pagamento.

Nella tabella seguente puoi vedere tutte le carte di Rising Star presenti sul mercato oggi 19 gennaio 2021 ordinate in base al rapporto FANS/$ utilizzando i token SWAP.HIVE come metodo di pagamento.

Nella tabella seguente ci sono gli stessi dati della tabella precedente ma l'ordinamento è in base al rapporto FANS/$ utilizzando i token STARBITS come metodo di pagamento.

In base al rapporto FANS/$ il miglior acquisto possibile per aumentare il numero dei FANS è la carta R20 Touring Coach. Infatti come puoi vedere dall'immagine in basso la carta R20 Touring Coach ha il valore FANS/$ più alto: 669,09.

Per acquistare la carta R10 Touring Coach conviene utilizzare come metodo di pagamento i token SWAP.HIVE altrimenti il rapporto Fans/$ scende di oltre 100 punti. Il giocatore che ha messo in vendita la carta al prezzo migliore è @furious-one.

Ma attenzione all'EGO!

Il rapporto FANS/$ non è l'unico elemento da considerare quando si acquista una carta e bisogna anche considerare l'incremento dell'Ego che una carta produce. Infatti nel gioco di Rising Star c'è il fattore Ego che, quando ha un valore positivo, riduce il numero massimo di STARBITS che è possibile guadagnare dalle missioni.

EGO = (Totale Numero FANS + Totale Somma Attributi EGO delle missioni completate)

Per avere un EGO = 0 è necessaria la seguente condizione:

Il totale dei punti Skill deve essere maggiore o uguale al totale dei punti EGO.

La carta R20 Touring Coach aumenta il numero dei FANS (+550) nel modo più conveniente possibile ma produce anche un aumento dell'Ego di 550 punti.

Le valutazioni da fare sono le seguenti:

  • se il tuo Ego è inferiore di 550 punti rispetto al totale dei tuoi punti SKILL puoi comprare la carta che ti ho consigliato senza problemi.
  • se l'acquisto della carta ti produce un aumento considerevole dell'Ego puoi scegliere:
    • di comprare ugualmente la carta ma devi svolgere diverse Music Lesson prima di tornare a svolgere le missioni che premiano con gli STARBITS
    • di comprare in abbinamento alla carta R20 Touring Coach anche carte che hanno un buon rapporto SKILL/$.
    • di comprare una carta che ha un buon rapporto FANS/$ ma che produce un leggero aumento del valore dell'Ego.

Un buon acquisto alternativo è la carta R28 Lolita:

  • costo:3500 STARBITS
  • rapporto FANS/$: 547,78
  • EGO: + 125
