Hive and My Road to 30000 Hive Power: Goal Reached! + My HIVE Power UP! / Hive e il mio percorso verso i 30000 Hive Power (ENG/ITA)

Today is December 1 and we can put behind us the month of November, which was a really bad month for the whole crypto world because of the failure of the FTX centralized exchange that produced a general climate of concern resulting in the drop in value of almost all blockchain project tokens.

I continue to be optimistic because blockchain is the most important IT revolution of the last decade and the world, in my opinion, is in desperate need of decentralization.

November proved once again that centralization is the problem and that the only possible cure is always and only decentralization.

Are the Cex no longer trustworthy? In reality they never were!

Major banks have failed in the past, but this has not caused the disappearance of the whole banking system or the disappearance of the economic system of the country where these banks failed.

Some Cex have failed and others will fail but these failures could also be positive because they could lead to the creation of much more viable and especially much more decentralized alternative solutions to link the crypto world to fiat currencies.

I in this scenario continue to consolidate my position in projects that have a high level of decentralization, projects that have utility, and cryptocurrencies that have many use cases. Among the projects where I have consistently seen potential is the Hive blockchain, and almost 4 years after I discovered it, Hive is still my favorite blockchain project and is the blockchain project I spend the most time on because:

• I like publishing content
• I like reading published posts
• I like interacting with other Hive users
• I like to invest in the projects created and developed on Hive
• I like to play and invest in gaming projects created and developed on Hive such as Splinterlands, Hashkings, Dcrops...

One of the aspects I like most about Hive is its continuous dynamism and development. Hive is not static but is constantly evolving, and I am never bored on Hive!

Even though November was not a good month for the whole world of blockchains for my journey on Hive it was an important month because I finally reached and a month early the growth goal I had set for myself to reach on the Hive blockchain on December 6, 2021: to reach an amount of 30000 Hive Power!

## My Main Hive Goal: #### ***To be reached by December 31, 2022.***

Today December 1, 2022, my Hive wallet contains: 1780.81 liquid HIVE, 28426.43 HP, 31.61 liquid HBD and 0 HBD in Savings.

I have everything I need to cross the finish line that I have been chasing since December 6, 2021, and to do that I just need to do Power Up!

I don't remember if I have done a power up of this size in the past, I think not but I hope to do bigger ones in the future!

I reached my goal 30 days early and even exceeded it by 207 HP.

## Secondary Goals

On the Hive blockchain, there are really so many activities that you can do and consequently there are also so many goals that you can set.

For several months now I have been trying to achieve as a monthly secondary goal to publish at least one post per day in a one-month time frame. Unfortunately, I really have a lot of commitments in my real life and so even though I have been trying to achieve this goal for a long time, I never get the time to do it. I could write shorter posts but I am not very good at being concise and when I start to write a post I always linger and maybe overdo it....

In November I published only 13 posts and in the last four months I did worse only in August.

• August 2022: 10 published posts
• September 2022: 16 published posts
• October 2022: 17 published posts
• November 2022: 13 published posts

With only 13 published posts I have to record a decrease in author rewards from the previous month:

• Total Monthly Author Rewards:
  • 413.2830 HP (previous month: 521.7770 HP)
  • 158,4960 HBD (previous month: 257,1300 HBD)

Curator rewards, on the other hand, increased although by a very small amount.

• Total Monthly Curation Rewards: 137.4330 HP (previous month: 131.4170 HP)

  • Comments written in November: +513 comments
• Reputation Goal: 77 - Current Reputation: 76.28 (+0.15 in November)
• Total Number of Posts Goal: 1400 - Published Posts: 1272 (+13 posts in the month of November)

After I entered the top 500 Hive users with the most HP I immediately set another goal: get into the top 400.

With 30207 HP I advanced 27 positions in the rankings from my previous monthly report. On November 1 I was in position number 479, today December 1 I am in position number 452.

Hive Power Up Day!

On Hive every first of the month is Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) and every month I always try to participate in this beautiful initiative.

If you, like me, believe in the potential of Hive's blockchain and have a medium to long term vision you should participate in Power Up Day.

At the time I publish this post of mine there are just under 6 hours left, so there is still time to participate if you haven't already done so!

I am really happy to have reached the goal of 30K HP because it was a goal I wanted to cross but I will not be satisfied with this achievement and my desire to increase my weight on the Hive blockchain has not diminished and so I am ready for a new restart and I am ready to set even higher and more challenging goals.

My next goal?

To leave dolphin status in order to acquire orca status, which on Hive means over 55K HP.

Probably a one-year interval will not be enough because 25K HP is really a lot but this will be my next goal and I will work hard to achieve it!

If I have reached the goal of 30K HP it is thanks to you my dear reader and it is thanks to all the people who support me, who read and comment on my posts because they give me incentive to write content and most of all because they give me their time and time is absolutely the most valuable asset we all have.

Oggi è il 1 dicembre e possiamo lasciarci alle spalle il mese di novembre che è stato un mese davvero negativo per tutto il mondo crypto per colpa del fallimento dell'exchange centralizzato FTX che ha prodotto un clima generale di preoccupazione con il conseguente crollo del valore di quasi tutti i token dei progetti blockchain.

Io continuo ad essere ottimista perchè la blockchain è la rivoluzione informatica più importante dell'ultimo decennio e il mondo, secondo me, ha un estremo bisogno di decentralizzazione.

Novembre ha dimostrato ancora una volta che è la centralizzazione il problema e che l'unica cura possibile è sempre e soltanto la decentralizzazione.

I Cex non sono più affidabili? In realtà non lo sono mai stati!

Sono fallite banche importanti ma non per questo è crollato tutto il sistema bancario o il sistema economico del paese in cui queste banche sono fallite.

Sono falliti alcuni Cex e ne falliranno altri ma questi fallimenti potrebbero essere anche positivi perchè potrebbero portare alla nascita di soluzioni alternative molto più valide e soprattutto molto più decentralizzate per collegare il mondo crypto alle valute Fiat.

Io in questo scenario continuo a consolidare la mia posizione nei progetti che hanno un elevato livello di decentralizzazione, nei progetti che hanno utilità e nelle crittovalute che hanno tanti casi d'uso. Tra i progetti in cui ho visto sempre del potenziale c'è la blockchain di Hive e dopo quasi 4 anni dal momento in cui l'ho scoperta, Hive è ancora il mio progetto blockchain preferito ed è il progetto blockchain a cui dedico più tempo perchè:

• mi piace pubblicare contenuti
• mi piace leggere i post pubblicati
• mi piace interagire con gli altri utenti di Hive
• mi piace investire nei progetti creati e sviluppati su Hive
• mi piace giocare e investire nei progetti di gaming creati e sviluppati su Hive come ad esempio Splinterlands, Hashkings, Dcrops...

Uno degli aspetti che più mi piace di Hive è il continuo dinamismo e il continuo sviluppo che la contraddistingue. Hive non è statica ma è in continua evoluzione e io su Hive non mi annoio mai!

Se il mese di novembre non è stato un mese positivo per tutto il mondo delle blockchains lo è stato invece per me perchè ho finalmente raggiunto e con un mese d'anticipo l'obiettivo di crescita che mi ero posto di raggiunre sulla blockchain di Hive il 6 dicembre 2021: raggiungere un quantitativo di 30000 Hive Power!

Ho tutto il necessario per tagliare il traguardo che ho inseguito dal 6 dicembre 2021 e per farlo devo solo fare Power Up!

Non ricordo se in passato ho fatto un power up di queste dimensioni, penso di no ma spero di farne di più grandi in futuro!

Ho raggiunto il mio obiettivo con 30 giorni di anticipo e l'ho anche superato di 207 HP.

## Obiettivi Secondari

Sulla blockchain di Hive sono davvero tante le attività che è possibile fare e di conseguenza sono anche tanti gli obiettivi che è possibile fissare.

Sono ormai diversi mesi che cerco di raggiungere come obiettivo secondario mensile di pubblicare almeno un post al giorno in un intervallo di tempo di un mese. Purtroppo ho davvero tanti impegni nella mia real life e quindi anche se cerco di raggiungere questo obiettivo da tempo non riesco mai ad avere il tempo necessario per farlo. Potrei scrivere post più corti ma non sono molto bravo ad essere sintetico e quando inizio a scrivere un post mi dilungo sempre e forse esagero...

Nel mese di novembre ho pubblicato solo 13 post e negli ultimi quattro mesi ho fatto peggio solo nel mese di agosto.

• Settembre 2022: 16 post pubblicati
• Ottobre 2022: 17 post pubblicati
• Novembre 2022: 13 post pubblicati

Con soli 13 post pubblicati devo registrare una diminuzione delle ricompense da autore rispetto al mese precedente:

  • 413.2830 HP (mese precedente: 521.7770 HP)
  • 158.4960 HBD (mese precedente: 257.1300 HBD)

Le ricompense da curatore sono invece aumentate anche se di un valore molto piccolo.

Dopo che sono entrato nella top 500 degli utenti di Hive con il maggior quantitativo di HP ho fissato subito un'altro obiettivo: entrare nella top 400

Con 30207 HP sono avanzato di 27 posizioni in classifica rispetto al mio report mensile precedetente. Il primo novembre ero in posizione numero 479, oggi 1 dicembre sono in posizione numero 452.

Hive Power Up Day!

Su Hive ogni primo del mese è il Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) e ogni mese cerco sempre di partecipare a questa bella iniziativa.

**Fare power up è il miglior modo per iniziare il mese su Hive** ## Un traguardo raggiunto è anche una nuova ripartenza

Sono davvero felice di aver raggiunto l'obiettivo di 30K HP perchè era un traguardo che volevo oltrepassare ma non mi accontento e la mia voglia di aumentare il mio peso sulla blockchain di Hive non è diminuita e quindi sono pronto per una nuova ripartenza e sono pronto a fissare obiettivi ancora più alti e stimolanti.

Il mio prossimo obiettivo?

Lasciare lo status di delfino per acquisire lo status di orca che su Hive vuol dire superare i 55K HP.

Probabilmente non sarà sufficiente un intervallo di tempo di un anno perchè 25K HP sono davvero tanti ma questo sarà il mio prossimo obiettivo e mi impegnerò al massimo per raggiungerlo!
