Ciao amici, dopo il mio primo anniversario su Hive ho deciso di tenere un resoconto mensile della mia attività su Hive. Mi sono posto anche un obbiettivo in termini di HP (Hive Power) da raggiungere nel mio secondo anno su quella che è ormai la blockchain che amo.

Stato di avanzamento
Obbiettivo: Reputazione di 72
La reputazione è uno dei meccanismi più interessanti e che più mi piace di Hive. Dà un idea sintetica e immediata dell'attività di ogni account.
Il 1 Giugno avevo una reputazione di 68.76 In data 1 Luglio la mia reputazione è di 69.31
La mia reputazione è aumentata in un mese di 0.55 punti.
Come funziona il meccanismo della Reputazione?
Il meccanismo della reputazione si basa su un calcolo che utilizza una funzione logaritmica in base 10 e quindi sarà sempre più difficile aumentarla.
Proprio per il tipo di meccanismo che governa questo indicatore sono soddisfatto del risultato mensile ottenuto poichè l'incremento è stato leggermente inferiore al mese precedente (+0.55 invece di +0.56).
Realisticamente parlando l'obbiettivo relativo alla reputazione è il più difficile da raggiungere e non sarà per niente facile conseguirlo...

Fino ad oggi ho pubblicato 602 post e quindi:

Per questo motivo ho deciso di pormi un nuovo obiettivo:
Pubblicare un totale di 900 post entro il 28 Febbraio 2021.
Obbiettivo: 10000 HP
Il mio Wallet
Il 1 Giugno sul mio Wallet avevo un valore di 4082.82 Hive (HIVE+HP+HBD).
In data 1 Luglio il mio Wallet contiene: 5466.161 HP , 11.808 HDB e 21.295 HIVE.
Per calcolare il totale del valore in Hive del mio wallet devo convertire gli HDB in HIVE.
11.808 HDB, in base al cambio odierno, equivalgono a 55.311 HIVE
Il totale degli HIVE (HP+HDB+HIVE) guadagnati in un mese è di 1459.9

La mia corsa procede bene, ho superato l'obbiettivo mensile di Giugno di **868.23 HIVE** e per questo motivo il quantitativo di HIVE che devo accumulare nel mese di Giugno scende a **445.72 HIVE**.

Questo risultato è stato possibile anche grazie al **Power Down dei miei STEEM convertiti in HIVE**.
Il Power Down su Steem mi ha permesso di aggiungere ben 770 HIVE al mio portafoglio.
Giugno: un mese di sorprese e soddisfazioni
Questo mese è andato molto bene e soprattutto è stato un mese pieno di sorprese e di soddisfazioni.
E' stato il mese in cui sono diventato un Delfino su Hive.
Un ottimo mese considerato anche il fatto che ho avuto meno tempo da dedicare ad Hive rispetto al mese precedente.
Propositi nel mese di Luglio
Continuerò il mio cammino con l'obbiettivo di aumentare il mio HP. Avrò purtroppo sempre meno tempo per impegni lavorativi e lavoro da recuperare ma cercherò sempre di migliorare e soprattutto cercherò di aiutare con upvote e commenti i miei autori preferiti con un occhio di riguardo ai nuovi utenti che si affacceranno sul bellissimo mondo di Hive.
L'importanza delle Communità
Le comunità sono un elemento importantissimo su Hive. Ho letto di scontri e divergenze passate in una o più comunità. Ho già scritto in un commento la mia idea riguardo le comunità ma volevo rimarcarla in questo post.
Per quanto mi riguarda non è detto che ci debba essere una sola comunità. Più progetti possono andare avanti in parallelo e possono aiutarsi a vicenda e non è detto che devono per forza scontrarsi. Io ad esempio da quando mi sonoo iscritto su Steem/Hive:
- seguo con piacere la comunità di @discovery-it e la sua Trail,
- seguo con piacere @fedesox a cui devo tanto per il continuo supporto che ricevo e che ho ricevuto da lui,
- seguo con piacere e faccio parte della comunità Olio di Balena da quando è nata,
- Faccio parte anche della comunità di @steempostitalia e ho partecipato al voto ponderato di Spi fin quando è rimasto in funzione.
Non ho mai considerato la singola iniziativa o la singola comunità un ostacolo per l'altra, anzi tutte hanno portato e portano anche se con modalità diverse incentivi e supporto agli italiani su Hive ma soprattutto incentivano e promuovono Hive e il principio di decentralizzazione.
Io non sarò mai d'accordo con chi vuole o cerca una competizione tra progetti diversi perchè più progetti e comunità si formano e più vuol dire che la vitalità di Hive è alta.
@webdeals che si è candidato come leader e portavoce della comunità italiana di Hive all'interno dell'iniziativa di @theycallmedan ha il mio pieno e totale appoggio. Ma lo stesso appoggio lo avrà anche il leader e portavoce della comunità X all'interno dell'iniziativa di X che magari ancora non esiste e che eventualmente nascerà e che cercherà di portare avanti e promuoverà il principio di decentralizzazione che Hive rappresenta.
Il bello della decentralizzazione è che idee diverse possono vivere e prosperare insieme come i vari progetti e le varie comunità e anche il supporto, che in un mondo reale e centralizzato non sempre è possibile, qui su Hive può essere diretto su più comunità e progetti e quindi realmente decentralizzato.

- Splinterlands: i suoi contest settimanali permettono di ricevere generosi upvotes e sono un modo per supportare tutti i giocatori che amano il gioco. Inoltre il team di Splinterlands è davvero un team fantastico.

My progress
Objective: Reputation of 72
Reputation is one of the most interesting mechanisms that I like best about Hive. It gives a concise and immediate idea of the activity of each account.
On June 1st I had a reputation of 68.76 On 1st July my reputation is 69.31
My reputation has grown by a month of 0.55 points.
How does the Reputation mechanism work?

This result was possible also thanks to the Power Down of my STEEM tokens converted to HIVE.
The Power Down on Steem allowed me to add 770 HIVE to my portfolio.
June: a month of surprises and satisfactions
This month went very well and above all it was a month full of surprises and satisfactions.
It was the month I became a Dolphin on Hive.

It was the month in which I got my personal record for a post payout.
I participated in a Contest on the **dCity** game and I wrote a **tutorial**.
It took me much longer than usual to write the tutorial, but it was worth it.
Many people liked the tutorial I wrote and I honestly didn't expect much and therefore I was happily surprised :)

An excellent month also considering the fact that I had less time to devote to Hive than the previous month.
Propositions in the month of July
I will continue my journey with the aim of increasing my HP. Unfortunately I will have less and less time for work commitments and work to recover but I will always try to improve and above all I will try to help my favorite authors with upvotes and comments with an particular eye to new users of the beautiful world of Hive.
The importance of the communities
Communities are a very important element on Hive. I have read about past clashes and disappointments in one or more communities. I have already written in a comment my idea about the communities but I wanted to remark it in this post.
As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't necessarily mean there should be only one community. Several projects can go on in parallel and can help each other and it doesn't necessarily mean that they must collide. For example, since I registered on Hive:
- I am happy to follow the @discovery-it community and its Trail,
- I follow with pleasure @fedesox to which I owe a lot for the continuous support that I receive and that I have received from him,
- I have been following with pleasure and have been part of the Olio di Balena community since it was born,
- I am also part of the @steempostitalia community and I participated in the weighted vote of Spi as long as it remained in operation.
I have never considered the single initiative or the single community an obstacle for the other, indeed they all brought and bring albeit in different ways incentives and support to the Italians on Hive but above all they encourage and promote Hive and the principle of decentralization.
I will never agree with those who want or seek competition between different projects because the more projects and communities are formed, the more it means that Hive's vitality is high.
@webdeals who applied as leader and spokesperson for the Italian community of Hive within the @theycallmedan initiative has my full and total support. But the leader and spokesperson of the X community will also have the same support within the X initiative which perhaps does not yet exist but which will try to carry on and promote the principle of decentralization that Hive represents.
The beauty of decentralization is that different ideas can live and thrive together like various projects and communities. In a physical and centralized world it is not always possible to support multiple communities or initiatives, here on Hive it is possible.

- Splinterlands: its weekly contests allow you to receive generous upvotes and are a way to support all players who love the game. Plus the Splinterlands team is really a fantastic team.
