Ciao amici, dopo il mio primo anniversario su Hive ho deciso di tenere un resoconto mensile della mia attività su Hive. Mi sono posto anche un obbiettivo in termini di HP da raggiungere nel mio secondo anno su quella che è ormai la mia unica casa social:

Obbiettivo Principale: Raggiungere 10000 di Hive Power
Obbiettivi Secondari:
- Raggiungere una reputazione di almeno 72
- Pubblicare almeno 600 post
- Giocare nella lega Champions di Splinterlands
Stato di avanzamento
L'obbiettivo di Splinterlands è ormai raggiunto e con largo anticipo rispetto alla mia previsione. Dovrò pormi un nuovo obbiettivo.
La Reputazione
Questo è uno dei meccanismi più interessanti e che più mi piace di Hive. Dà un idea sintetica e immediata dell'attività di ogni account.
Il 1 Maggio avevo una reputazione di 68.2 In data 1 Giugno la mia reputazione è di 68.76
La mia reputazione è aumentata in un mese di 0.56 punti.
Proprio per il tipo di meccanismo che governa questo indicatore sono soddisfatto del risultato mensile ottenuto poichè l'incremento è stato leggermente inferiore al mese precedente e mi aspettavo un incremento leggermente inferiore.
Non sarà facile raggiungere l'obbiettivo che mi sono posto...

Il mio Wallet
Il 1 Maggio sul mio Wallet avevo un valore di 3305.158 Hive (HIVE+HP+HBD).
In data 1 Giugno: 4000.91 HP , 8.032 HDB e 50.929 HIVE.
Per calcolare il totale del valore in Hive del mio wallet devo convertire gli HDB in HIVE.
8.032 HDB, in base al cambio odierno, equivalgono a 31.697 HIVE

Il totale degli Hive (HP+HDB+HIVE) guadagnati in un mese è di **777.7**

La mia corsa procede bene, ho superato l'obbiettivo mensile di Maggio di **108.17 HIVE** e per questo motivo il quantitativo di HIVE che devo accumulare nel mese di Giugno scende a **591.72 HIVE**.
Per raggiungere questo risultato mi è stato molto utile il PowerDown degli STEEM convertiti subito in HIVE. Il powerDown mi ha permesso di aggiungere 215 HIVE al mio portafoglio.
Considerazioni sul mese di Maggio
Questo mese è andato bene e mi ritengo soddisfatto. Il mese scorso, escludendo il Power Down su Steem, è stato migliore del mese attuale perchè il valore degli HIVE era più basso e quindi era maggiore il numero di HIVE che si guadagnavano con la pubblicazione dei post.
Propositi nel mese di Giugno
Continuerò il mio cammino con l'obbiettivo di aumentare il mio HP. Nel mese di Maggio ho avuto poco tempo e questo mese cercherò di dare maggiore attenzione ai nuovi utenti con voti e commenti.
Delegare? No grazie
Sto preparando un post sulla valutazione delle delegazioni. Ho notato che alcuni utenti, delegano più del 50% del proprio HP pensando di fare la scelta economicamente giusta.
Io non delego il mio HP, almeno per il momento. Se dovessi farlo in futuro non supererò mai la percentuale del 25% del mio HP e lo farò solo per supportare progetti in cui credo.
Delegare non conviene praticamente mai, sia dal punto di vista economico che da un punto di vista più ampio di prospettiva e di visibilità sulla piattaforma.
Tranne rarissimi casi il ritorno è sempre inferiore al voto manuale. Mentre è assolutamente sempre inferiore ad un voto automatico (Hive.vote) selezionato con cura.
Se sei attivo e deleghi tanto, forse non ci hai ragionato troppo, ma stai andando contro te stesso in particolare se lo fai per un ritorno economico.
Piuttosto conviene seguire una Curation Trail.
Diverso è se deleghi perchè credi in un progetto e in questo caso fai più che bene.

- @steempostitalia che con il voto ponderato mi ha supportato per tanti mesi. Con il passaggio ad Hive è stato interrotto per motivi tecnici ma spero possa ritornare in funzione.
- Splinterlands: i suoi contest permettono di ricevere generosi upvotes sia su Steem che su Hive. Inoltre il team di Splinterlands è davvero un team fantastico.

The goal of Splinterlands is now achieved and well in advance of my prediction. I will have to set myself a new goal.
The Reputation
This is one of the most interesting mechanisms of Hive. It gives a concise and immediate idea of the activity of each account.

My race is going well, I have exceeded the monthly target of May of **108.17 HIVE** and for this reason the quantity of HIVE that I have to accumulate in the month of June drops to **591.72 HIVE**.
To achieve this result, the PowerDown of the STEEM converted immediately to HIVE was very useful. The powerDown allowed me to add 215 HIVE to my wallet.
Considerations for the month of May
This month has gone well and I am satisfied. Last month, excluding the Power Down on Steem, it was better than the current month because the value of the HIVE was lower and therefore the number of HIVE that they earned with the publication of the posts was greater.
Propositions in June
I will continue my journey with the aim of increasing my HP. In the month of May I had little time and this month I will try to give more attention to new users with votes and comments.
Delegate? No thanks
I am preparing a post on the evaluation of delegations. I noticed that some users delegate more than 50% of their HP thinking to make the right financial choice.
I don't delegate my HP, at least for the moment. If I have to do it in the future I will never exceed 25% of my HP and I will only do it to support projects I believe in.
Delegating practically never pays, both from an economic point of view and from a broader perspective and visibility point of view on the platform.
Except for very rare cases, the return is always lower than the manual vote. While is absolutely always lower than an automatic vote (Hive.vote) carefully selected.
If you are active and delegate a lot, perhaps you have not thought about it too much, but you are going against yourself in particular if you do it for an economic return.
Rather it is better to follow a Curation Trail.
It is different if you delegate because you believe in a project and in this case you do more than well.

- Splinterlands: its contests allow you to receive generous upvotes on both Steem and Hive. Plus the Splinterlands team is really a fantastic team.
