Let's begin.
In the address bar of your browser enter instead @libertycrypto27 the @nameofyouraccount.

Enter your account name in the screenshot below

Scroll down to the **Tools** section

If you have a really high SteemPower you can pay your new account with your "Resource Credits".
If instead you are a common mortal like me :) you have to choose to pay in STEEM and precisely 3 STEEM.
You're basically buying a ticket to create a new account.

Click on **"Claim Account"**
In the next window click on YES

Once you have paid the 3 STEEM, in the section below **"Create New Account"** you will see that you have a ticket available.

Now you just have to enter the name chosen for the account.
Note that the name cannot exceed 16 characters.
For example, I would have preferred to create an account with the name libertycrypto27.pal but, in this way, I exceed the available characters and so I chose the name @libertypal27
If the name you have chosen is available you can click on Generate to receive the Master Key of your new account together with all the other keys (Owner, Active, Posting and Memo).

Now you just have to click on ** "Create Account" **

The account has been created. Simple right?
Now, however, we still need to perform two more steps to make our curation account functional for our purpose.
Transferring STEEM or Delegating SteemPower
The account created has SteemPower equal to 0. If you writee in your browser's address bar:

you will see the following screen

With a null SP the account is practically unusable.
We must transfer at least 10 STEEMs or delegate 10 SteemPower to the new account. I decided to delegate 10 SP and I did the operation from SteemWorld.

1. Click on **Delegation**
2. Click on **Outgoing**
3. Click on **Delegate**
In the next screen we enter the name of the account to which we want to delegate our SteemPower and the amount of the delegation:

## After logging in, we go to our wallet

We look for the row relating to the token that interests us (in my case PAL).
The symbol indicated by the arrow in the following image indicates that we can delegate the PALcoins that we have staked.
Click on the symbol indicated by the arrow.

The following screen will open:

Once you have clicked on **"DELEGATE PAL"** and received the confirmation message:

we have completed all the necessary operations and we can start the curation of the posts with the palnet tag with our new account.

# It depends
It depends on how many tokens you have in your wallet and it also depends on the value of the token in question.
It's convenient always when you have many tokens and the value of the single token is high. If you vote posts with different topics and therefore with different tags, creating an account to vote only posts of a certain type allows you to optimize and increase the accumulation of tokens.
For example, I created an account (@libertygame27) to treat only posts with spt, steemace and battle tags.
Before creating this account, with 10,000 SPT in stake, I earned about 50 SPT per month and I got so few SPTs because the stemians I follow most don't publish posts on Splinterlands and consequently I voted a few posts per month with spt tags. I now earn around 1000 SPTs per month which are worth around 2 STEEM.
It is not convenient to create a specific care account when you have few tokens. It would only be wasting precious time.
