If you walk through the streets of my city you could have strange encounters, you could find yourself face to face with a huge cow like the one you see in the picture.
A meeting that could be dangerous because the bovine in question is not tied up and has large horns.
I used the phrase "it could be dangerous" because, and an attentive eye will surely have noticed, the bovine is fake, it is a 1: 1 reproduction of a real bovine.
It is located opposite the entrance to a restaurant specializing in beef. The restaurant is not visible from the street and this bovine reproduction is in a clearly visible position and plays the important role of attracting attention.
My daughter sometimes tells me:
Dad let's go see the cow?
The managers of the restaurant had a brilliant and functional idea.
The beauty of black and white.
I am absolutely not a photographer and I do not consider myself such but I like taking photos and I particularly like black and white photos.
Depriving a photo of the color takes away from the visual information but this "hole" is filled by our imagination and the details of depth are amplified.
For example, the black and white photo of the bovine makes a fake cow more "real" while from the color photo it is immediately clear that the bovine is fake.

Se passeggiate per le vie della mia città potreste fare strani incontri, vi potreste trovare faccia a faccia con un enorme bovino come quello che vedete in foto.
Un incontro che potrebbe essere pericoloso perchè il bovino in questione non è legato e ha delle grandi corna.
Ho usato appositamente la frase "potrebbe essere pericoloso" perchè, e un occhio attento lo avrà sicuramente notato, il bovino è finto, è una riproduzione 1:1 di un bovino vero.
Si trova di fronte l'ingresso di un ristorante specializzato in carne di bovino. Il ristorante non è visibile dalla strada e questa riproduzione di bovino è in una posizione ben visibile e svolge l'importante ruolo di attirare l'attenzione.
Mia figlia ogni tanto mi dice:
Papà andiamo a vedere la mucca?
I gestori del locale hanno avuto un'idea geniale e funzionale alla promozione della propria attività.
La bellezza del bianco e nero.
Non sono assolutamente un fotografo e non mi reputo tale ma mi piace scattare foto e mi piacciono particolarmente le foto in bianco e nero.
Privare una foto del colore toglie delle informazioni visive ma questo "buco" viene riempito dalla nostra immaginazione e i dettagli di profondità sono amplificati.
Ad esempio la foto del bovino in bianco e nero rende un bovino finto più "reale" mentre dalla foto a colori si capisce subito che il bovino è finto.
