MUTERRA Pre-sale: New game on the HIVE blockchain!
What is MUTERRA?
Muterra is a TCG game like Splinterlands but unlike Splinterlands it is also an RPG game. This peculiarity (TCG+RPG) is one of the elements that convinced me to invest in this game.
The site of the game is: https://play.muterra.in/ It's a game developed on the blockchain of Hive and to access you must have a Hive Account. There are two access modes: Hive Keychain and Hivesigner.

The assets of the game are already present on Hive Engine:
- MUT tokens (the game's native tokens)
- MALDIVES (the tokens that represent the packs of cards sold during the presale)
Road Map
It is not yet possible to play the game of Muterra and in fact as you can see from the information in the following image (screenshot from Whitepaper of Muterra) the game in Alpha version will be launched in the time window between October 2021 and December 2021.
My investment in Muterra
Today I bought the Mongrel Bundle: 10 packs of cards for $45 with a 10% discount.
You can use four different payment methods to purchase the card bundles:
- HIVE
- HBD
- SWAP.HIVE
- SWAP.WAX
I used HBD tokens as my payment method and spent a total of 44,118 HBD. When I made the purchase there were 4927 packs of cards still available while at the time I'm writing this post there are only 1004 packs of cards left.
Each card pack contains 5 cards (mutee cards) that can have 6 different levels of rarity: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythical.
The packs of cards are purchasable but not yet openable and will be opened on August 3 (I asked in Muterra's discord channel). On August 3 I will find out the contents of my 10 card packs which are visible in the Inventory section of the game.
Why did I decide to invest in the game of Muterra?
I decided to invest in Muterra's game because I love blockchain-based games, I read the game's whitepaper and it seems like a project that has potential. I also like the graphics of the site and the cards which in a game is always a factor to consider.
Obviously investing in a gaming project before the game is launched and before it is usable is always a risk. For this reason I did not invest much but even with little I wanted to be part of the initial investors.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Any game that allows the purchase of cards and tokens is never a simple game but it is also an investment and should be considered as such. I am not a financial consultant and if you decide to invest in the MUTERRA game you do it for your own choice and at your own risk. I suggest you to invest always and only after having made your personal evaluations and, even more important, always invest what you can afford to lose!

Il mio investimento su Muterra
Oggi ho comprato il Mongrel Bundle: 10 pacchi di carte al prezzo di 45$ con uno sconto del 10%.
Per acquistare i pacchi di carte è possibile utilizzare quattro differenti metodi di pagamento:
- HIVE
- HBD
- SWAP.HIVE
- SWAP.WAX
Io ho utilizzato come metodo di pagamento i token HBD ed ho speso in totale 44.118 HBD. Quando ho effettuato l'acquisto c'erano 4927 pacchi di carte ancora disponibili mentre nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questo post sono rimasti solo 1004 pacchi di carte.
Ogni pacco di carte contiene 5 carte (mutee cards) che possono avere 6 livelli diversi di rarità: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythical.
I pacchi di carte sono acquistabili ma non sono ancora apribili e si potranno aprire il 3 Agosto (ho chiesto nel canale discord di Muterra). Il 3 agosto scoprirò il contenuto dei miei 10 pacchi di carte che sono visibili nella sezione Inventory del gioco.
Perchè ho deciso di investire nel gioco di Muterra?
Ho deciso di investire nel gioco di Muterra perchè amo i giochi basati su blockchain, ho letto il whitepaper del gioco e mi sembra un progetto che ha delle potenzialità. Mi piace anche la grafica del sito e delle carte che in un gioco è sempre un fattore da considerare.
Ovviamente investire in un progetto di gaming prima che il gioco venga lanciato e prima che sia utilizzabile è sempre un rischio. Per questo motivo non ho investito molto ma anche se con poco volevo far parte degli investitori iniziali.
NOTA IMPORTANTE
Ogni gioco che prevede l'acquisto di carte e di token non è mai un semplice gioco ma è anche un investimento e come tale va considerato. Io non sono un consulente finanziario e se decidi di investire nel gioco di MUTERRA lo fai per tua scelta e a tuo rischio. Ti consiglio di investire sempre e solo dopo aver fatto le tue personali valutazioni e consiglio ancora più importante investi sempre quello che puoi permetterti di perdere a cuor leggero!
