My DCROPS Report: the End of Spring *** Yesterday, July 13, 2021, another season of Dcrops ended: Spring. Each season in the game of Dcrops has a duration of 15 days and at the end of the season players receive a reward that depends on the Share points that each player got from the sale of the cultivated agricultural products. The reward is a certain amount of CROP tokens (the native tokens of the Dcrops game).

The Share points I obtained were 712. With 712 Share points, I ranked #47 on the Dcrops leaderboard and received 1737,819 CROP tokens as a reward.

Today July 14, 2021 1737,819 CROP tokens have the value of 3.64942 HIVE (Highest Bid on Hive Engine/LeoDex/TribalDex)

I withdrew my reward and transferred the CROP tokens to Hive Engine which added to the 561 CROP tokens I had in my wallet.

With 2000 CROP I decided to buy a card pack. In the card pack I found:

• 2 Average Farmland (common cards)
• 1 Garlic (common suit card)
• 1 Turnip (common suit card)
• 1 Cabbage (rare suit card)

The Turnip seed card is a card that can be used in the new season that has just started. The other two seed cards I will keep to use in the following seasons. The two Land cards I decided to try to sell them on the Dcrops market at the lowest price because I want to see if these cards have demand and are easily sold or not.

In the spring season just ended I continued to invest in the purchase of seed cards to be able to use all the land I own.

In the spring season I bought:

• 23 Broccoli seeds
• 1 Kale seed I have spent a total of 22.07 SWAP.HIVE

In the last season of Dcrops I used a total of 31 seed cards.

The 22.07 SWAP.HIVE I spent this season is in addition to the SWAP.HIVE tokens I spent in previous seasons: 33.22.

So far I have invested 55.27 SWAP.HIVE tokens in the game of Dcrops.

My strategy in farming games like Dcrops is as follows:

• in the first period I invest and after a short time I try to reach the break-even point.

I followed the same strategy on Dcity and I'm glad I did it because when the SIM tokens (the native tokens of the Dcity game) lost a lot of value I had already reached the break-even point and so I could continue to invest without any worries.

On Dcrops I'm still in the first phase, the investment phase, so it's still early to reach the break even point. When I reach the break even point I will decide from time to time whether to reinvest all the rewards of the game or only a part.

After buying the pack of cards I am left with 274.49 CROP tokens whose value is 0.5754 HIVE.

In order to reach the Break Even point I will need to receive 54.70 more HIVE in rewards.

In this season that has just started I will buy more seed cards and tomorrow I will evaluate and choose which cards to buy.

Will Dcrops be a good investment?

It is not yet possible to answer this question because the game is still too "young". I consider Farming games to be investments rather than games. Every investment always has a risk factor to be considered and evaluated.

Dcrops will be a good investment if many players decide to play and invest in buying CROP cards and tokens.

Ogni stagione nel gioco di Dcrops ha una durata di 15 giorni e alla fine della stagione i giocatori ricevono una ricompensa che dipende dai punti Share che ogni giocatore ha ottenuto dalla vendita dei prodotti agricoli coltivati. La ricompensa è un certo quantitativo di token CROP (i token nativi del gioco di Dcrops).

I punti Share che ho ottenuto sono stati 712. Con 712 punti Share mi sono posizionato al posto numero 47 della classifica di Dcrops e ho ricevuto come ricompensa 1737.819 token CROP.

Oggi 14 luglio 2021 1737.819 token CROP hanno il valore di 3.64942 HIVE (Highest Bid su Hive Engine/LeoDex/TribalDex)

Ho prelevato la mia ricompensa e ho trasferito i token CROP su Hive Engine che si sono aggiunti ai 561 token CROP che avevo nel mio wallet.

Con 2000 CROP ho deciso di comprare un pacco di carte. Nel pacco di carte ho trovato:

• 2 Average Farmland (carte comuni)
• 1 Garlic (carta seme comune)
• 1 Turnip (carta seme comune)
• 1 Cabbage (carta seme rara)

La carta seme Turnip è una carta utilizzabile nella nuova stagione appena iniziata. Le altre due carte di tipo seme le conserverò per utilizzarle nelle stagioni successive. Le due carte Land ho deciso di provare a venderle sul mercato di Dcrops al prezzo più basso perchè voglio vedere se queste carte hanno richiesta e sono facilmente vendibili oppure no.

Nella stagione primaverile appena conclusa ho continuato ad investire nell'acquisto di carte seme per poter utilizzare tutti i terreni in mio possesso.

Nella stagione primaverile ho comprato:

• 23 semi Broccoli
• 1 seme Kale Ho speso in totale 22.07 SWAP.HIVE

Nell'ultima stagione di Dcrops ho utilizzato un totale di 31 carte seme.

Adesso faccio un pò di calcoli.

I 22.07 SWAP.HIVE che ho speso in questa stagione si vanno ad aggiungere ai token SWAP.HIVE che ho speso nelle precenti stagioni: 33.22.

Fino ad oggi ho investito nel gioco di Dcrops 55.27 token SWAP.HIVE.

La mia strategia nei giochi di farming come Dcrops è la seguente:

• nel primo periodo investo e dopo poco tempo cerco di raggiungere il punto di break-even

Ho seguito la stessa strategia su Dcity e sono contento di averlo fatto perchè quando i token SIM (i token nativi del gioco di Dcity) hanno perso molto valore io avevo già raggiunto il punto di break even e quindi ho potuto continuare ad investire senza nessun pensiero.

Su Dcrops sono ancora nella prima fase, quella dell'investimento, e quindi è ancora presto per raggiungere il punto di break even. Quando avrò raggiunto il punto di break even deciderò di volta in volta se reinvestire tutte le ricompense del gioco oppure solo una parte.

Dopo aver comprato il pacco di carte sono rimasto con 274.49 token CROP il cui valore è di 0.5754 HIVE.

Per raggiungere il punto di Break Even dovrò ricevere ancora 54.70 HIVE di ricompense.

In questa stagione appena iniziata comprerò altre carte seme e domani valuterò e sceglierò quali carte comprare.

Dcrops sarà un buon investimento?

Non è ancora possibile rispondere a questa domanda perchè il gioco è ancora troppo "giovane". Considero i giochi di Farming degli investimenti più che dei giochi. Ogni investimento ha sempre un fattore di rischio da considerare e valutare.

Dcrops sarà un buon investimento se molti giocatori decideranno di giocare e di investire nell'acquisto di carte e token CROP
