My LEO Goals and My Road to 6.5K LEO Power
In early Jan 2023, I decided to participate in the nice initiative organized by @leogrowth (My LEO Goals for 2023 | Join in!) and I set very specific growth goals that I would like to achieve in the Leoverse before the end of 2023 :
- abandon New Born Cub status to acquire CUB status
- achieve a LEO Power of at least 6.5K LP.
I have also defined a plan and strategy to achieve my goals and which you can read in the post I published on January 3 and which you can find at the following link.

Setting goals is the first step to achieving them and today is the time for me to check and share the progress towards the goals I set at the beginning of the year.
On January 3, 2023 I had an amount of 2836.01 LEO. One month ago, on 3 March 2023, I had accumulated an amount of 3300.39 LEO.
In the diagram below you can see the total amount of LEO tokens (liquid and staked) that I have accumulated to date April 5, 2023 in the wallets of my main account (@libertycrypto27) and my curation account (libertyleo27).
To date, I have accumulated a total of 3614.92 LEO (staked + liquid):
- 3400.96 LEO Power (LEO staked).
- 213.96 LEO liquids
I keep the liquid LEOs liquid to make a unique LEO Power Up on April 15 when there will be the fourth LEO Power Up Day of the year 2023.
To monitor my progress toward 6500 LEO Power and to self-motivate myself, I have created a table in which I have divided the final goal into intermediate goals of monthly duration.
Each monthly goal will be smaller or larger based on my achievement in the previous month.
The goal I had to achieve in the month of March was an increase of 319.96 LEOs (liquids + staked).
For the third month in a row I did not reach the monthly intermediate goal but in March I came very close and this is an achievement that although negative is a marked improvement over the previous two months and pushes me to try to do better in April.
The intermediate goal I need to try to achieve in the current month is an amount of 320.56 LEO which is slightly higher than the goal for March (319.96 LEO).
In the month of March, I took a further step toward achieving CUB status: completion percentage: 72.30%
Instead, I am at 55.61% on my way to my annual goal.
In April I will try to increase the amount of LEO tokens in my possession, and to give a little extra boost today I increased my delegation to the @leo.voter account from 1203 HP to 1300 HP.
If also in April I have not reached my monthly intermediate goal I will again increase the amount of delegated HP
By the way, in April accumulating LEO tokens will be even more fun because tomorrow the Adoption Campaign initiative on the Crew3 platform should start

Agli inizi di gennio 2023 ho deciso di partecipare alla bella iniziativa organizzata da @leogrowth (My LEO Goals for 2023 | Join in!) e ho fissato degli obiettivi di crescita ben precisi che vorrei raggiungere nel Leoverse prima della fine del 2023 :
- abbandonare lo status di New Born Cub per acquisire lo status di CUB
- raggiungere un LEO Power di almeno 6.5K LP

Fissare degli obiettivi è il primo passo per raggiungerli e oggi è arrivato il momento per me di verificare e condividere lo stato di avanzamento verso gli obiettivi che mi sono posto ad inizio anno.
Il 3 gennaio 2023 avevo un quantitativo di 2836.01 LEO. Un mese fa, il 3 marzo 2023, avevo accumulato un quantitativo di 3300.39 LEO.
Nello schema seguente puoi vedere il quantitativo totale di token LEO (liquidi e staked) che ho accumulato fino ad oggi 5 aprile 2023 nei wallet del mio account principale (@libertycrypto27) e del mio curation account (libertyleo27).
Fino ad oggi ho accumulato un totale di 3614.92 LEO (staked + liquidi):
- 3400.96 LEO Power (LEO staked)
- 213.96 LEO liquidi
I LEO liquidi li mantengo liquidi per fare un LEO Power Up unico il 15 aprile quando ci sarà il quarto LEO Power Up Day dell'anno 2023.
Per monitorare il mio percorso verso i 6500 LEO Power e per automotivarmi ho costruito una tabella in cui ho suddiviso l'obiettivo finale in obiettivi intermedi di durata mensile. Ogni obiettivo mensile sarà più piccolo o più grande in base al risultato che avrò ottenuto nel mese precedente.
L'obiettivo che dovevo raggiungere nel mese di marzo era un incremento di 319.96 LEO (liquidi + staked).
Per il terzo mese consecutivo non ho raggiunto l'obiettivo intermedio mensile ma nel mese di marzo sono arrivato molto vicino e questo è un risultato che anche se negativo è in netto miglioramento rispetto ai due mesi precedenti e mi spinge a cercare di fare meglio nel mese di aprile.
L'obiettivo intermedio che devo cercare di raggiungere nel mese in corso è un quantitativo di 320.56 LEO che è leggermente superiore all'obiettivo del mese di marzo (319.96 LEO).
Nel mese di marzo ho fatto un ulteriore passo in avanti verso il raggiungimento dello status di CUB: percentuale di completamento: 72.30%
Sono invece al 55.61% del mio percorso verso il mio obiettivo annuale.
Nel mese di aprile cercherò di aumentare il quantitativo di token LEO in mio possesso e per dare una piccola spinta aggiuntiva oggi ho aumentato la mia delega all'account @leo.voter portandola da 1203 HP a 1300 HP.
Tra l'altro nel mese di aprile accumulare LEO tokens sarà ancora più divertente perchè domani dovrebbe iniziare l'iniziativa Adoption Campaign sulla piattaforma Crew3
