The title of my post is a combination of the title of two drawings made by two children who attend the primary school where my daughter Chiara goes.
The two drawings in the photo on the cover were exhibited in the garden of the Prefecture building in my city: Potenza. The exhibition was organised in collaboration with Unicef. My family and I were invited by the teachers of my daughter's school and we went to see this exhibition, which I liked very much. The drawings are few but all very beautiful and, above all, they deal with an important and very topical issue: the "precarious" health of our earth and the environment in which we live.
The child who drew the first picture wrote: "Our earth is sick. Factories, the excessive use of fossil fuels and the production of waste are ruining the earth we live on.
The cause of the earth's sickness is us humans, and that is why we humans should be the ones to save it, as the little author of the drawing in the next picture rightly writes: "It is up to us to save it"
The child who drew the next picture tells us how to save her:
- Don't waste water and food
- Prefer organic food at 0 km
- Limit your consumption of plastic
- Don't leave rubbish lying around
- Sort your waste
- Limit your car use
- Respect trees and animals
The next two drawings underline the fact that "the Earth is our home" and should not be polluted.
The next drawings focus on the value of water and food, precious goods that must not be wasted.
Children like super heroes (not only children like them, but me too :) and the child who drew the next picture created "Super Nature", a superheroine champion of Nature.
I love Nature and I try to teach my daughter that respecting Nature is respecting yourself. I really liked this exhibition because the theme and the message is vitally important. We parents, we adults have a very responsible role because the children of today will be the adults of tomorrow and we must set a good example. We adults must be a good example for the adults of tomorrow... The Earth is really sick and it's all our fault.
**The time to change course and make up for the countless mistakes and the countless mistreatments inflicted on the Mother of us all, Mother Nature, is not tomorrow but now!
Il titolo di questo mio post è la combinazione del titolo di due disegni realizzati da due bimbi che frequentano la scuola elementare dove va mia figlia Chiara.
I due disegni della foto in copertina sono stati esposti all'interno del giardino del palazzo della Prefettura della mia città: Potenza. La mostra è stata organizzata in collaborazione con l'Unicef. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati invitati dalle insegnati della scuola di mia figlia e siamo andati a vedere questa mostra che mi è molto piaciuta. Pochi disegni ma tutti molto belli e soprattutto sono disegni che riguardano un tema importante e molto attuale: la salute "precaria" della nostra terra e dell'ambiente in cui viviamo.
Scrive il vero il bimbo che ha realizzato il primo disegno: "La nostra terra è malata". Le fabbriche, l'uso eccessivo dei combustibili fossili e la produzione di rifiuti stanno rovinando la terra in cui viviamo.
La causa della malattia della terra siamo noi uomini e per questo motivo dovremmo essere proprio noi uomini a salvarla, come scrive giustamente il piccolo autore del disegno nella foto successiva: "Tocca a noi salvarla"
I modi per salvare la Terra li indica il bambino che ha realizzato il prossimo disegno che scrive:
- Non sprecare l'acqua e il cibo
- Preferisci il cibo biologico a Km 0
- Limita il consumo di plastica
- Non lasciare rifiuti abbandonati
- Differenzia i rifiuti
- Limita l'uso della macchina
- Rispetta gli alberi e gli animali
I due disegni successivi sottolineano il fatto che "la Terra è la nostra casa" e non dovrebbe essere inquinata.
I successivi disegni invece sono focalizzati sul valore dell'acqua e del cibo, beni preziosi che non devono essere sprecati.
Ai bambini piacciono i supereroi (non solo ai bambini piacciono anche a me :) e il bimbo che ha disegnato il prossimo disegno ha creato "Super Natura", una supereroina paladina della Natura.
Amo la Natura e cerco di insegnare a mia figlia che rispettare la Natura è rispettare se stessi. Questa mostra mi è molto piaciuta perchè il tema e il messaggio è di vitale importanza. Noi genitori, noi adulti abbiamo un ruolo di grande responsabilità perchè i bimbi di oggi saranno gli adulti di domani e dobbiamo dare il buon esempio. Noi adulti dobbiamo essere un buon esempio per gli adulti di domani... La Terra è davvero malata ed è tutta colpa di noi uomini.
Il tempo per cambiare rotta e recuperare agli innumerevoli errori e agli innumerevoli maltrattamenti inflitti alla Madre di tutti noi, Madre Natura non è domani ma ora!
