Hello friends, After my first anniversary on Hive I decided to write a monthly report of my activity on Hive. I set myself a main objective in terms of HP (Hive Power) and I also set myself secondary objectives to achieve before my second anniversary on what is now the blockchain that I love.
Why set yourself objectives?
**Note:**The goal inherent to the game of Splinterlands I reached it in July. Since September 1st Splinterlands has introduced a new requirement for access to the Champion League (the Collection Power) and for this reason access to the Champion League of Splinterlands is again one of the objectives to be achieved.
Status of advancement
Objective: Reputation of 72
Reputation is one of the most interesting and I like most about Hive. It gives a synthetic and immediate idea of the activity of each account.
On September 1st I had a reputation of 70,247. Today, October 1st my reputation is 70.77
My reputation has increased in one month by 0.52 points.
How does the Reputation mechanism work?
The reputation mechanism is based on a calculation using a logarithmic function based on 10 and therefore it will be increasingly difficult to increase it.
Precisely because of the type of mechanism that governs this indicator I am very satisfied with the monthly result obtained because the increase was higher than the previous month (+0.47) while in the past months the increase was always equal or lower than the previous months.
There are 5 months to February 28, 2021 and to reach a reputation of 72 I would have to increase my reputation by at least 0.246 per month.
In March 2020 the reputation target seemed to me the most difficult to reach now even if achieving it assumes that I can continue to publish at least one post per day and due to work commitments I don't know if I will be able to maintain the same rate of publication.
Publish at least 600 post 900 post
I really like writing on Hive and if I had a lot of free time I would publish at least three posts a day.
In March 2020 I had set myself the goal to publish 600 posts. In September I reached this goal and so I decided to set myself a new goal:
- publish a total of 900 posts by February 28, 2021.
So far I have published 688 posts. In September I published 34 posts.
To reach my goal I have to publish again 212 posts (42 posts per month).
But now back to my main objective.
Objective: 10000 HP
My Wallet
On September 1st on my Wallet I had a value of 7058,705 Hive (HIVE+HP+HBD).
On October 1st my Wallet contains: 8072,130 HP, 0,021 HDB and 64,223 HIVE.
To calculate the total value in HIVE of my wallet I need to convert the HDB to HIVE.
0.021 HDB, based on today's exchange rate, is equivalent to 0.131 HIVE.
The total of HIVE (HP+HDB+HIVE) earned in a month is 1077.8. The result is higher than the result of the previous month.
My run is going well, I have exceeded the September monthly target of 490.22 HIVE and for this reason the amount of HIVE I have to accumulate in October drops to 372.7 HIVE.
September: Considerations
I am satisfied with the month that has just passed, 10000 HP is only the first step towards higher goals.
According to the data on the site: https://hivestats.io/ I got:
- Total Curation Rewards: 66.11 HIVE (last month: 58.30 HIVE)
- Total Author Rewards: 821.43 HIVE (last month: 428.8 HIVE)
The remainder (190.24 HIVE) was obtained largely from:
- sale SIM token (dcity)
- sale other tokens on Hive-Engine
My intentions for the month of September
The intentions for the month of September are as follows:
- I will continue on my path with the goal of increasing my Hive Power. I have never done a Power Down and I would like to become an Orca even if the goal is far away and difficult to reach. In October I will have an additional work commitment and consequently the time to devote to Hive will get thinner and even if it will not be easy at all I will try to publish at least 30 posts. In one way or another I will always try to improve and above all I will try to help my favorite authors with upvote and comments. I will try to keep an eye out for new users who will be looking at the beautiful world of Hive.
- I will continue to promote Hive trying to get friends, family and anyone who shows interest in the principles of freedom and decentralization of Hive. In July and August I brought three new users on Hive, in September I only collected a lot of interest from some people who, I hope, can register and start their adventure on Hive as soon as possible.
- I will try to interact more and more trying to comment more.
I believe a lot in the value of interaction.
So far I have written 7071 comments.
So I wrote on average:
- about 353 comments per month
- about 11,785 comments per day
Commenting and interacting more is another goal I would like to achieve. Comparison is always the best way to question yourself and increase your cultural background. I would like to make a reflection on the commentary. I happened to comment on some authors who never respond to comments. It can happen to everyone to lose a comment. It is understandable that those who receive so many comments are not able to respond. But those who write regularly and receive few comments and never reply show very little humility. They just write for themselves. Here is another purpose in October is not to comment and not to support those who believe little in interaction and try to reward more those who believe in comparison and interaction.
In conclusion, I would like to bring my average number of comments to 20 per day.

I am satisfied with my monthly result on Hive and as I do in all my reports I want to thank all the people who support me with their upvotes and comments and who have contributed to the growth of my account.
I am a member of several communities and my thanks go to all of them. In particular, however, I want to thank the communities that I have interacted with the most during the month of September and that have supported me the most:
- @Olidibalena is my main community since it was born.
- @fedesox always focused on the promotion of Hive, with its upvotes and contests it supports and does a lot for Italian users. A good part of my HP is the result of its continuous support.
- @discovery-it and @phage93 focused on quality content of posts both in Italian and other languages. For some months now I've been following their voting trail with 100% and I'm happy that my votes go to really good authors.
- @lorenzopistolesi that through the @pilor account is dedicated to the curation and support of quality content on Hive.
- @splinterlands: its weekly contests allow you to receive generous upvotes and are a way to support all players who love the game. I write a lot of posts about Splinterlands because it's a really good game. Also the Splinterlands team is really a great team.
Conclusion
Ciao amici, dopo il mio primo anniversario su Hive ho deciso di tenere un resoconto mensile della mia attività . Mi sono posto un obbiettivo principale in termini di HP (Hive Power) e mi sono posto anche degli obbiettivi secondari da raggiungere prima del mio secondo anniversario su quella che è ormai la blockchain che amo.
Nota: L'obbiettivo inerente al gioco di Splinterlands l'ho raggiunto nel mese di luglio. Dal primo settembre Splinterlands ha introdotto un nuovo requisito per l'accesso alla lega Champion (il Collection Power) e per questo motivo l'accesso alla lega Champion di Splinterlands rientra nuovamente tra gli obbiettivi da raggiungere.
Stato di avanzamento
Obbiettivo: Reputazione di 72
La reputazione è uno dei meccanismi più interessanti e che più mi piace di Hive. Dà un idea sintetica e immediata dell'attività di ogni account.
Il 1 Settembre avevo una reputazione di 70.247 Oggi, 1 Ottobre la mia reputazione è di 70.77
La mia reputazione è aumentata in un mese di 0.52 punti.
Proprio per il tipo di meccanismo che governa questo indicatore sono molto soddisfatto del risultato mensile ottenuto poichè l'incremento è stato superiore al mese precedente (+0.47) metre nei mesi scorsi l'incremento è stato sempre uguale o minore rispetto ai mesi precedenti.
Mancano 5 mesi al 28 Febbraio 2021 e per raggiungere una reputazione di 72 dovrei aumentare la mia reputazione di un valore di almeno 0.246 al mese.
L'obbiettivo relativo alla reputazione che mi sembrava il più difficile da raggiungere adesso sembra decisamente alla mia portata anche se conseguirlo presuppone che io possa continuare a pubblicare almeno un post al giorno e a causa degli impegni di lavoro non so se già a partire dal mese in corso riuscirò a mantenere lo stesso ritmo di pubblicazione dei mesi passati.
Pubblicare almeno 600 post 900 post
Scrivere su Hive mi piace molto e se avessi tanto tempo libero pubblicherei almeno tre post al giorno.
A Marzo 2020 mi ero posto l'obbiettivo di pubblicare 600 post. Nel mese di Giugno ho raggiunto questo obbiettivo e quindi ho deciso di pormi un nuovo obbiettivo:
- pubblicare un totale di 900 post entro il 28 Febbraio 2021.
Fino ad oggi ho pubblicato 688 post. Nel mese di Settembre ho pubblicato 34 post.
Per raggiungere il mio obbiettivo devo pubblicare ancora 212 post ( 42 post al mese). Se voglio raggiungere questo obbiettivo devo aumentare il numero di post mensili.
Ma adesso ritorniamo al mio obbiettivo principale.

Il mio Wallet
Il 1 Settembre sul mio Wallet avevo un valore di 7058.705 Hive (HIVE+HP+HBD).
In data 1 Ottobre il mio Wallet contiene: 8072.130 HP , 0.021 HDB e 64.223 HIVE.

0.021 HDB, in base al cambio odierno, equivalgono a 0.131 HIVE
Il totale degli HIVE (HP+HDB+HIVE) guadagnati in un mese è di 1077.8 Il risultato è superiore al risultato del mese precedente. Questo risultato va anche contestualizzato al valore di HIVE perchè quando il valore di un HIVE scende, se da un lato i nostri post guadagnano meno valore in termini di $, dall'altro lato ci sono meno persone che scrivono e tendenzialmente guadagneremo più HIVE dalla reward pool.
La mia corsa procede molto bene, ho superato l'obbiettivo mensile del mese di Settembre con 490.22 HIVE in più e per questo motivo il quantitativo di HIVE che devo accumulare nel mese di Ottobre scende a 372.7 HIVE.
Settembre: Considerazioni
Sono molto soddisfatto del mese appena trascorso, 10000 HP sono solo il primo passo verso obbiettivi più alti.
E' aumentato anche il totale delle ricompense che derivano dalla cura dei post.

- Total Curation Rewards: 66.11 HIVE (mese scorso: 58.30 HIVE)

La parte restante (190.24 HIVE) è stata ottenuta in gran parte da:
- vendita SIM token (dcity) Su dcity ho smesso di investire da circa due mesi e tutti i token Sim che ottengo dal gioco li converto in HIVE.
- vendita altri token su Hive-Engine
- ultimo power down su Steem Su Steem avevo ancora 50 STEEM di cui mi ero praticamente dimenticato. Oggi ho convertito 40 STEEM in HIVE è ho lasciato solo 11 STEEM, poco meno di quello che ho ricevuto inizialmente e con cui sono partito.
Propositi per il mese di Settembre
I propositi per il mese di Settembre sono i seguenti:
- Continuerò il mio cammino con l'obbiettivo di aumentare il mio Hive Power. Non ho mai fatto un Power Down e mi piacerebbe diventare un'Orca anche se l'obbiettivo è lontano e difficile da raggiungere. Nel mese di Ottobre avrò un impegno di lavoro aggiuntivo e di conseguenza il tempo da dedicare ad Hive si assottiglierà e anche se non sarà per niente facile cercherò di pubblicare almeno 30 post. In un modo o nell'altro cercherò sempre di migliorare e soprattutto cercherò di aiutare con upvote e commenti i miei autori preferiti. Cercherò di avere un occhio di riguardo verso i nuovi utenti che si affacceranno sul bellissimo mondo di Hive.
- Continuerò a promuovere Hive cercando di far iscrivere amici, parenti e chiunque mostri interesse verso i principi di libertà e decentralizzazione di Hive. Nel mese di luglio e agosto ho portato su Hive tre nuovi utenti, nel mese di Settembre ho raccolto solo molto interesse da parte di alcune persone che, spero, possano registrarsi e iniziare la loro avventura su Hive quanto prima.
- Cercherò di interagire sempre di più cercando di commentare di più.
Credo molto nel valoone.
Fino ad oggi ho scritto 7071 commenti.
Ho quindi scritto in media:
- circa 353 commenti al mese
- circa 11.785 commenti al giorno e questo vuol dire leggere e commentare almeno 30 post al giorno
Commentare e interagire di più è un'altro obbiettivo che vorrei raggiungere. Il confronto è sempre il modo migliore per mettersi in discussione e aumentare il proprio bagaglio culturale. Sul discorso commenti vorrei fare una riflessione. Mi è capitato di commentare alcuni autori che non rispondono mai ai commenti. Può capitare a tutti di perdere un commento. E' comprensibile che chi riceve tanti commenti non riesca a rispondere. Ma chi scrive regolarmente e riceve pochi commenti e non risponde mai dimostra davvero poca umiltà. Scrive per se stesso e basta. Ecco un'altro proposito nel mese di Ottobre è di non commentare e non supportare chi crede poco nell'interazione e cercare di premiare di più chi crede al confronto e all'interazione.
In conclusione mi piacerebbe portare la mia media di commenti a 20 al giorno.

- @discovery-it e @phage93 focalizzati su contenuti di qualità dei post sia in italiano che in altre lingue. Da alcuni mesi seguo il loro trail di voto con il 100% e sono contento che i miei voti vadano ad autori davvero bravi.
- @lorenzopistolesi che tramite l'account @pilor è impegnato nella cura e supporto ai contenuti di qualità su Hive.
- @splinterlands: i suoi contest settimanali permettono di ricevere generosi upvotes e sono un modo per supportare tutti i giocatori che amano il gioco. Scrivo tanti post su Splinterlands perchè è un gioco davvero bello. Inoltre il team di Splinterlands è davvero un team fantastico.
