My adventure on Hive began on March 5, 2019 and, after a year, on March 5, 2020 I had in my wallet just over 2000 Hive Power. So I decided to start setting growth goals on what is the decentralized platform I love.
In March 2020 I had set as my main goal the achievement of 10000 HP. At first it seemed to me a difficult target to reach while then, as time went by, it became an increasingly easy goal to reach. In fact I reached 10000 Hive Power at the beginning of November and more than 3 months in advance.
I immediately set a new main goal, more difficult to reach than the previous one but at the same time more motivating.

Reputation Goal: 76
Reputation is one of the mechanisms that most differentiates Hive from other centralized platforms. In fact, in traditional social networks there is no reputation and the reason is simple: only the user's data counts and not the user's activity or the quality of published content. The reputation is also one of the mechanisms that I like the most about Hive because it gives a synthetic and immediate idea of the activity of each account.
On November 2, 2020 my reputation was 71,25 Today, December 3, 2020 my reputation is 71,63
In November the value of my reputation increased by 0.38 points with an increase of +0.53%.
There are 13 months left until December 31, 2021 and to reach a reputation of 76 I would have to increase my reputation by at least 0,33 points per month.
Total Post Number Goal: 1300
The total number of posts I have published to date is 758.
In November I published 33 posts (4 posts less than in October).
To reach my goal I have to publish more 542 posts in 13 months (average of 41 posts per month).
Engagement Goal (total number of comments): 15000
The interaction between users of Hive is important and I am convinced that to more interaction also corresponds to a possible increase in Hive users. Let's imagine a new user who registers on Hive, publishes his first posts and does not receive any comments. He might get down and decide not to publish anymore. If, on the other hand, he receives even a positive comment, he might have that little extra incentive to continue...
So far I have published 7921 comments (just over 12 comments per day).
Compared to last month I raised my average by 1 point but to reach my goal I would have to increase the average to about 17 comments per day.
Onboarding goal: at least 28 people
My Hive promotion activity continues and I take every opportunity to talk and promote Hive. So far I have introduced 10 people on Hive but some have abandoned or decreased the activity of publication and interaction. In the last month I have not been able to bring any new users on Hive but 6-7 people have shown great interest in the principles of decentralization on which Hive is based and I hope they can soon make their entry into our blockchain.
Number of Followers Goal: 1000
At the beginning of November I had 509 followers, today I have 521 (+12 compared to the previous report).
Token LEO - Target 1000 LEO (STAKED)
For the first time I include in my monthly report a goal for a token other than HIVE: LEO. The leofinance tag is one of the tags I use the most because I like to do calculations, I like statistics and I like the world of finance related to the world of cryptocurrency. I have always believed in the strength of the project and the community of Leofinance since it was called Steemleo and I have never sold a LEO token.
On my wallet I have 435,49 LEO tokens (STAKED). I'm thinking of creating an alt account to use for the activity of curation of posts with leofinance tags. Not all the authors I follow use the leofinance tag and often I have 100% leopower and an alt account would allow me to solve the problem and maximize the accumulation of tokens.

My Wallet
On November 2nd on my Wallet I had a value of 9764 HIVE (HIVE+HP+HBD).
Today, December 3rd my Wallet contains: 10738,881 HP, 0,417 HDB and 66,365 HIVE.
To calculate the total value in HIVE of my wallet I need to convert the HDB to HIVE.
0,417 HDB, based on today's value (by @coingecko), is equivalent to 3,33 HIVE.
The total of HIVE (HP+HDB+HIVE) earned in a month is 1044,576. The result is significantly lower than the October result (1628,3 HIVE). In November I had much less time to dedicate to Hive than in October and consequently I was not able to repeat the previous excellent result.
I close the month with an increase of +9,66%.
I have calculated intermediate targets (monthly) in terms of HIVE whose achievement will allow me to easily reach my final goal.
The November target was 1445,37 HIVE and I did not reach it. For this reason the difference is distributed in the following months and the monthly goal for the month of December increases and is 1476,26 HIVE.
November: Considerations
Even if I didn't reach the monthly result I had set myself at the beginning of the month I'm still satisfied with the month that has just passed because I had less time available to dedicate to Hive.
In addition, the total rewards from curation activity has increased compared to October.

This monthly increase is also due to the delegation of 5000 HP of the 25-day duration that I received from @fedesox for winning his monthly contest in November and for this reason I take this opportunity to thank him for the support he constantly gives to me and to all the users of the @oliodibalena community of which I am a happy part.
Instead, the monthly total of rewards resulting from writing and publishing posts has decreased.

December intentions
In December I will have even less time to dedicate to Hive. My wife has a small store and December is a month in which she also needs my help.
Despite the little time I will have, I will continue my path with the goal of increasing my Hive Power. I have never done a Power Down and I would like to become an Orca even if the goal is far away and difficult to reach.
