dCrops is my favorite farming game, I started playing more than two years ago (May 2021) and have participated in all the events organized by dCrops.

Until now all dCrops events have been fun for me and also profitable because I have always received rewards with a total value higher than the CROPS I spent to participate in the events.

On December 25, on dCrops, the new Christmas event started: XMAS Event. The event has a duration of 30 days and will end in 28 days and 17 hours.

All dCrops players can participate in the XMAS Event promotion simply by completing game activities. In fact, during the event each game activity allows players to receive an amount of Candy Canes (= event points). In the image below you can see the minimum and maximum number of Candy Canes that you can earn from each in-game action.

With Candy Canes you can buy different items from the EVENT SHOP section.

There are also some other more valuable items in the EVENT SHOP, but they can only be purchased using Golden Tickets.

Golden Tickets can only be found within PRESENTs (=gifts). PRESENTs can contain 1 item among 5 different possible items and the probability of finding 1 Golden Ticket within 1 PRESENT is 20%.

PRESENTS can be:

• purchased in the event shop using Candy Canes points and the cost is = 250 Candy Cane per PRESENT.

• sent as gifts to other players and received as gifts from other players through participation in the paid mode of the XMAS Event promotion: get on Santa's Nice List.

Entering into the Nice List has a unique and initial cost of 5000 CROP tokens.

Based on the current value of CROP tokens entering the Nice List has a cost = 5000 CROP = 28.29 HIVE = $10.18

Joining the Nice List allows you to:

• send 3 gifts per day to 3 randomly selected dCrops players.
• have one chance per day to receive gifts from other players.

The Nice List is my favorite part of the XMAS event because it is fun to have the chance to send and receive gifts every day.

On Christmas Day, I devoted myself completely to my family and daughter and I discovered that the dCrops Christmas event had started only this evening. Although 1 1/2 days late I immediately sent 5000 CROP from my in-game Wallet to my wallet on Hive Engine (Withdraw).

In fact, to get on the Nice List you must have 5000 CROP in the Hive Engine Wallet.

To enter the Nice List, I clicked on Bribe Santa to add to the list and confirmed my choice via Hive Keychain.

The benefit of joining the nice list is also to receive 5% more Candies than the game actions of players who are not on the Nice List.

I then clicked on Claim Daily Gifts.

I immediately received 3 gifts which I immediately opened by clicking Open Them.

I received 1x Mystery Seed, 1x Salt (3-star quality), 1x 5 CROP TOKEN

When the counter reaches 0h:00m:00s I can send 3 Gifts to other players who will be chosen randomly.

It is also possible to buy PRESENTS from the EVENT SHOP and send them to other players to participate in the Xmas Raffle that will award 10 players each day with a prize from among:

• 1 ALPHA Pack
• 1 CANDY DOG CAKE (Recipe).
• 1 BETA Pack

## Is it worth spending 5000 CROPs to enter the Nice List?

I immediately decided to spend 5000 CROP to join the Nice List and to explain the reason for my decision I make a simple evaluation comparing the costs and the possible revenues...

Joining the Nice List has a cost of 5000 CROP whose current market value is:

• 24.00 HIVE = $8.64 (Highest Bid Value).
• 28.29 HIVE = $10.18 (Lowest Ask Value)

The probability of finding a Golden Ticket in a PRESENT (gift) is 20% and this means that if I receive an average of 3 gifts per day, in 28 days I will have received a total of 84 gifts. In 84 gifts I will have an average probability of finding 16.8 Golden Tickets. With 16 Golden Tickets I could purchase, for example:

• 4 Beta Packs (4 Golden tickets per pack).

Considering the market value (highest BID) of Beta Packs = 6.25 SWAP.HIVE per pack):

• I spent 5000 CROP = 28.29 HIVE
• I could buy 4 Beta Packs = total value = 25 HIVE.

Just considering the probable amount of Golden Tickets I could receive in 28 days and the items I could buy with the golden tickets I would come very close to the break-even point.

But in gifts I will always find a prize and there are other valuable prizes besides Golden Tickets!

In my opinion with the total value of the items I will find in the gifts I will receive in 28 days I have a good chance to end the event with a profit and that is why I decided to immediately spend 5000 CROP to enter the Nice List ;)

Obviously my choices are personal and my calculations return estimated and not certain results and for this reason my choices and strategies are not financial advice!

E' iniziato l'evento di Natale su dCrops! Il Perchè ho deciso di spendere 5000 CROP per entrare nella Nice List

dCrops è il mio gioco di farming preferito, ho iniziato a giocare più di due anni fa (maggio 2021) e ho partecipato a tutti gli eventi organizzati da dCrops.

Fino ad ora tutti gli eventi di dCrops sono stati per me divertenti e anche profittevoli perchè ho sempre ricevuto ricompense di un valore totale superiore ai CROPS che ho speso per partecipare.

Il 25 dicembre, su dCrops, è iniziato il nuovo evento natalizio: XMAS Event. L'evento ha una durata di 30 giorni e terminerà tra 28 giorni e 17 ore.

Tutti i giocatori di dCrops possono partecipare alla promozione XMAS Event semplicemente completando le attività di gioco. Infatti durante l'evento ogni attività di gioco permette di ricevere un quantitativo di Candy Canes (= punti dell'evento). Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere il numero minimo e il numero massimo di Candy Canes che è possibile guadagnare da ogni in-game action.

Con i Candy Canes è possibile acquistare diversi items dalla sezione EVENT SHOP

Nell'EVENT SHOP ci sono anche degli altri items di maggior valore che però possono essere acquistati solo utilizzando i Golden Tickets.

I Golden Tickets possono essere trovati solo all'interno dei PRESENTs (=gifts). I PRESENT possono contenere 1 item tra 5 diversi items possibili e la probabilità di trovare 1 Golden Ticket all'interno di 1 PRESENT è del 20%.

I PRESENT possono essere:

• acquistati nell'event shop utilizzando i punti Candy Canes e il costo è = 250 Candy Cane per PRESENT.

• inviati come regalo ad altri giocatori e ricevuti come regalo da parte di altri giocatori tramite la partecipazione alla modalità a pagamento della promozione XMAS Event: entrare nella Nice List di Babbo Natale.

Entrare nella Nice List ha un costo unico e iniziale di 5000 CROP tokens.

In base al valore attuale dei token CROP entrare nella Nice List ha un costo = 5000 CROP = 28.29 HIVE = 10.18$

Entrare nella Nice List permette di:

• inviare 3 regali al giorno a 3 giocatori di dCrops scelti in modo casuale
• avere una chance al giorno di ricevere regali dagli altri giocatori

La Nice List è la parte del XMAS event che mi piace di più perchè è divertente avere la possibilità di inviare e ricevere regali ogni giorno. Il giorno di Natale mi sono dedicato completamente alla mia famiglia e a mia figlia e ho scoperto che l'evento natalizio di dCrops era iniziato solo questa sera. Anche se in ritardo di 1 giorno e mezzo ho immediatamente inviato 5000 CROP dal mio in-game Wallet al mio wallet su Hive Engine (Withdraw).

Infatti per entrare nella Nice List è necessario avere 5000 CROP nel Hive Engine Wallet.

Per entrare nella Nice List ho cliccato su Bribe Santa to add to the list e ho confermato la mia scelta tramite Hive Keychain.

Il vantaggio di entrare nella nice list è anche quello di ricevere il 5% di Candies in più rispetto alle azioni di gioco dei giocatori che non sono nella Nice List.

Ho poi cliccato su Claim Daily Gifts

Ho subito ricevuto 3 gifts che ho subito aperto cliccando su Open Them.

Ho ricevuto 1x Mystery Seed, 1x Salt (qualità 3 stelle), 1x 5 CROP TOKEN

Quando il contatore arriverà al valore 0h:00m:00s potrò inviare 3 Gifts ad altri giocatori che saranno scelti in modo casuale.

E' inoltre possibile acquistare PRESENT dall'EVENT SHOP e inviarli ad altri giocatori per partecipare alla Xmas Raffle che premierà ogni giorno 10 giocatori con un premio tra:

• 1 ALPHA Pack
• 1 CANDY CANE CAKE (Recipe)
• 1 BETA Pack

## Conviene spendere 5000 CROP per entrare nelle Nice List?

Io ho deciso immediatamente di spendere 5000 CROP per entrare nella Nice List e per spiegarti il motivo della mia decisione faccio una semplice valutazione confrontando i costi e i possibili ricavi...

Entrare nella Nice List ha un costo di 5000 CROP il cui valore attuale di mercato è di:

• 24.00 HIVE = 8.64$ (Highest Bid Value)
• 28.29 HIVE = 10.18$ (Lowest Ask Value)

• ho speso 5000 CROP = 28.29 HIVE
• potrei acquistare 4 Beta Packs = valore totale = 25 HIVE.

Solo considerando il quantitativo probabile di Golden Tickets che potrei ricevere in 28 giorni e gli items che potrei comprare con i golden tickets arriverei molto vicino al punto di pareggio.

Ma nei gifts troverò sempre un premio e ci sono altri premi di valore oltre ai Golden Tickets!

Secondo me con il valore totale degli items che troverò nei gifts che riceverò in 28 giorni ho buone probabilità di terminare l'evento con un profitto e per questo motivo ho deciso di spendere immediatamente 5000 CROP per entrare nella Nice List ;)

Ovviamente le mie scelte sono personali e i miei calcoli restituiscono risultati stimati e non certi e per questo motivo le mie scelte e le mie strategie non sono consigli finanziari!
